I have Celiac disease, it is an autoimmune disease, if I consume gluten I get very sick. My niece called in our order for cheesesteaks and asked for mine with no bun and also asked for the cooks to please change their gloves to help prevent cross contamination. On the phone they agreed without issue. When she picked the order up, she was told that they accommodated the request this time but according to the manager they will not do so in the future.
