Pats has been my family's go-to for pizza and cheese steaks for almost a decade. Within the past year or two, quality has dwindled to the bare minimum, while the prices have skyrocketed. And they don't tell you the price when you order, either. It was a rather unpleasant surprise to pay $18 for a medium pizza that was undercooked. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth your money.

I’ve been a Point resident for 25 years. 5 of those as a literal neighbor to Pat’s. Countless wonderful visits. A bigger fan and promoter of their business you wouldn’t find.
I’m sad to say the King has fallen, the legend has died. Over the years I’ve noticed a modest decline but they were still several notches above their next closest competitor.
The last year I’ve been there about 6 times and each time the downward slide progressed … I don’t know what has changed, ownership, management? I’ve no idea.
As a VERY long time and loyal customer I didn’t want to give up on them easily.
Sadly, my last visit will indeed be my last. Their food sunk to a new low … two cheesesteaks that were a soggy, odd tasting and disgusting mess and a pizza that left me embarrassed for them (all for the bargain price of $66). I saddens me to have lost what was a local legend but as they say, all good things must come to and end…. And Pat’s reign as “the best” is certainly over.

This used to be my go-to spot many years ago.... but when it changed hands I never gave it a try until recently. Pizza was ok. I thought it was crazy that a plain pie and 2 chicken parm subs was sixty dollars... I wouldn't mind paying $20 a piece for 2 chicken parm subs but each large sub had maybe 2 chicken cutlets total...so a lot of extra bread. Like I said the food was okay it didn't taste bad, but it wasn't anything extravagant either.

Need to fire the little Spanish teenager at the front. Can't greet people and looks miserable like he doesn't want to work ALL THE TIME. I stopped going because of this

This has always been my best cheesesteak in and out of Philadelphia. Geat, rolls, tons of meat and peppers with onions. Also The Guys are always accommodating to making it the way I like it 🌶👍🏿.

Amazing food and drinks. Our food was ready quickly and the prices are reasonable. Thank you Colonel for the friendly service and the birthday rum punch! Service at its finest 👌

Little tiny slices of pizza. Like tiny small pie slice for large slice prices. I don’t think they know the difference of small medium and large. Over priced and really not good at all Go elsewhere.
