Terrific, super-fresh coffee and very personalized service. The Florian's Sumatra is their dark roast and my favorite. I also tried the Guatemalan Huehuetenango Organic which is excellent as well. I'm anxious to try out a the other roasts, though I'll stick with the Sumatra for my go-to blend.The coffee smells and tastes like it was just roasted.
