This is for the Wendy’s near Bridge Avenue on route 88 the morning manager, Warren, is the absolute best asset to this company. He has a great team and I won’t hesitate to stop in the morning, even if there are a few cars ahead of me, this is the first fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to where the food you get looks exactly like the commercials on TV lol

This place gets it wrong nearly every time. They gave me a plain baked potato on two occasions, when it was supposed to have bacon and cheese. Wild. A 5$ plain potato. The nuggets are rarely fresh and or often overcooked. The sandwhiches are sloppy. The staff could not care any less about what they're doing. And often, they lock the door and its drive thru only. They usually seem understaffed, too. With only 2 people in there at a time sometimes. The one in point beach is more consistent. If you go here, check your food before you leave.

Our food was raw two chicken sandwiches!! Raw in the middle no rush should allow raw meat through the line. This is a health hazard a risk to many bacterial microbes that can cause food poisoning including salmonella. This is unexceptable. We will never come back. this burden fell onto workers and a charge worker as no manager was in. Please cut into your food before you eat anything. We got a full refund for the order. The charge staff was kind and apologetic and that can be appreciated but this can not happen I feel sick! July 12th 2025

This location can at times be hit or miss. Morning crew is always great! They are fast, attentive and pleasant.
Night crew often struggles with long wait times and sometimes rude staff. Make sure you check your food before you leave the drive thru. So many times I or my wife didnt and realized we got wrong items or even someone else's order. Then going back to correct the issues or get someone on the phone can be very difficult.

I ordered in the drive thru and attempted to go inside to use the bathroom since it was before 8 and the woman inside locked the door and when I went to the other side she went out of her way to lock the other door. I went back thru the drive thru to say it was urgent, and someone just locked the door and was told they closed their lobby at 8 when it was still 7:55. Also, if I need to go, KFC should be open. I don't blame the drive-thru worker, but the person locking the door as I walk up is crazy. I don't recommend people to ever deal with that.

Chicken in the Caesar salad was old and hard. Had to take the chicken out and throw it away. After I paid I waited there for 5 minutes while it sat on the counter and the manager kept staring at me.

Started going here because the one on Jack Martin is slow and messes up a lot. Seems this one is following suit. The last 2 times I went my order was messed up. The first time I let it go because I'm like, eh we all make mistakes. but today I was missing apples for my toddler, chili was missing toppings, and the drink was incorrect. Not sure how hard it is to read a ticket because I've worked in food before and like.... my 11 year old could use better logic than whoever has been working lately.

Have been coming to this store since Gasper and Joe Giordano opened it back in late 90’s. Beside the GM who has been working with the company as long as it has been open and is a good guy, the asst manager lady with the glasses and dark hair who was working on Friday Dec 27 2024 at 140 pm. has consistently been rude and unapologetic about mistakes they make(which is consistent under her leadership). Wrong toppings, missing toppings and missing condiments. The only breath of fresh air is the young man who has short brown beard and is always friendly and helpful and works the front counter. He should be managing the place as he has a pleasant demeanor and good customer service skills. Promote that boy. At any rate if someone could reach out to me before I reach at to Gasper it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
