So disappointed with my experience at playa bowls in pompton plains today. I ordered the pura vida açaí bowl like I usually do and decided to eat it there today. I had one or two spoons and then I noticed a long piece of hair in the bowl! I took it back to the counter and showed one of the employees and she saw the hair. She said she’ll take it back and make me another one. I said okay sure. So she took the bowl to the 2-3 other girl employees to show them the hair and they all started laughing. When I saw that, I was like please don’t make me another one and refund me if you can. I will NEVER be going back to this location.
