I attended the Underground dinner at Blue Ridge Winery last night that was catered by Sauced and Rubbed.WOW! What an awesome job they did! The food was just outstanding. Each course of the 5 course meal was paired with a Blue Ridge wine.Vincenzo described each course and why he chose it.You can tell by the presentation and quality of the food, these folks put their heart and soul into their food.If you ever have a chance to attend an event that they’re catering, or need a caterer, I highly recommend them.

Fabulous caterer! Highly recommend for parties of any size. The menu is great for reasonable price and the service is excellent. Our guests kept asking who the vendor is because the food was very delicious.

We received many compliments from our guests. Tom was absolutely phenomenal in helping us plan every detail of the menu and the service.

I stopped for the first time yesterday and the food was fantastic! The owners have a true passion for what they’re doing and everything was great. I am so picky about potato salad and theirs is far and away my instant favorite!

I finally stopped before a sandwich. Tried the Sazeech. Awesome sandwich! The guys running it seem very passionate about what they are doing. Looking forward to them getting into their space at Hastings!

These guys couldn't have been a more classy to deal with for my wife's 40th birthday party. The process was simple and they were able to make things work in a matter of days. Menu was awesome and delicious. All of our 75 guests raved all day about how great the food and idea was.

Sauced & Rubbed catered a graduation party for me this weekend!! Food was fantastic, set up was fast and professional. Their pulled pork is beyond fantastic and all the sides were wonderful.
