Curb side delivery. This Domino’s accepts the curb side delivery but does not honor it. This has happened twice now. I reached there and waited but no body turned up. After waiting for 15 mins I went in and asked the manager. He said that they are planning to stop curb side. My point is, you haven’t stopped it yet so you should honor it. And especially don’t let the customer wait outside and keep guessing.

I am a regular here. But today ordered at 7:14. They said 40-50 min. But now already 1.5 hrs and still order is not even in the oven. Dude I know it’s Super Bowl. But then you have to plan with additional resource to work on the orders. Totally disgusting.

And they forgot to give the 3 Ranch cups I ordered.

Stuck at work less than three minutes from Dominos but had them deliver a NY crust XL. It arrived quickly and was hot but whoever cut this thing should be drug tested. Insanely uneven slices but the worst part is that they didn’t cut through the crust so here I am with no utensils and am going to have to pull this thing apart in little pieces and eat like a rabid raccoon. This is my first time ordering NY style- I can’t imagine the crust is supposed to be as dry as it is. It’s literally crumbling.

I ordered one large pizza which comes with 14 slices. But I got medium pizza which has only 8 slices.And coming to the pizza it wasn’t good . I think they are hurry to give the order because it’s closing time if you’re not ready to give the order at 11.30pm then please stop taking the orders. I was very hungry at the time but disappointed with this.
Note - please don’t order anything from this store after 11pm.

I placed a delivery order and the delivery driver was begging for a tip and forced his way into giving a tip. The driver was very unprofessional and I stated to him I don’t have to give a tip if I don’t want to. I will make sure I report the driver.

The food is ok nothing to brag about. The real problem is the customer service is
which is horrible! Very rude to say the least! I’m really sick of these foreigners coming to this country not knowing how to communicate effectively or knowing what appropriate customer service is! I’ll never recommend this place to anyone

I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. This location has significant hygiene issues. There is no soap or paper towels in the washroom, which is very unclean. I'm concerned about how the kitchen staff maintains cleanliness if they use this washroom. Given these conditions, I question how the pizza they prepare can be hygienic.

I’m very disappointed in my experience at this branch today. I put in four separate orders carry out for my job. When I arrived, I went to pay for each order with a separate payment method using my company’s debit cards. As an employee, I am not allowed to tip on these company cards. So with each transaction, I had to hit the “no tip” option. The amount of boxes that I was taking would need two trips. I had every intention on bringing back a $20 bill that I had in my car as a tip when I went back for the rest of the boxes. That was until I was on my way out the door when I heard FLORA, an employee there speak to another employee in Spanish about how I ordered lots of food and “didn’t even tip” . It was extremely disheartening to hear that comment be made about me. What makes it even more sad, is that I’m sure it was said because she believed I would not understand, but Spanish is actually my first language. I was not able to say something the way I would have if I was not working. I’m so disappointed in the way that I was handled as a customer all together today, the environment was not welcoming towards me whatsoever before this situation even occurred. But even more so after I had to press “no tip”. Flora walked away without saying “thank you” or even a simple “have a good day” and when I asked for a receipt I was answered with a very cold response and her back turned towards me. Do better.

When I ordered it was showing will deliver in 30 to 40 minutes but after one hour waiting I call the store and he replied very roughly that we have so many orders and will take more 25 minutes... can't do anything everyone waiting so if you an wait I will deliver else I cancel.... that's at 9pm... so bad... they need to change this kind of employees....

Update.... they called after few minutes and gave me 50% discount.. so 3 star for that. But the guy should be more careful in the panic situation.

Ordered food last night it was so bad deep dish wasn't deep. It was like they grabbed the topping from the bottom of the grate and just put that on top. And the marinara we received was brown!
