I ordered pizza and pasta from here . Tracker showed it was delivered but we never got the pizza . I called the store and the guy who delivers it said he already delivered it and made me feel like I was lying to them . Then they realized there mistake , he delivered it at the wrong address and he wanted me to go and find it in my apartment community.It was 9.30 pm in the night .when I wanted to talk to store manager they offered me a free 2 liter soda bottle . My kid was waiting for his pizza this is the response I get. Worst experience ever so rude and extremely unprofessional .

It's take-out or delivery only. Pizza is pretty tasty, several options for sauce and toppings. Pasta, cheesy bread, and chicken are alright. Sandwiches are "meh." And the salads are just lame. Use the secret 20% off coupon if you order online! So yeah as delivery pizza goes, I like it. But buying a frozen pizza for $7 at the grocery store and cooking it at home is cheaper and equally yummy, plus you can customize your own toppings.Vegetarian options: Ask when you order. But some of their offerings are vegan.Dietary restrictions: Ask about special needs when you order. They can accommodate some.Parking: It's in a weird spot, not obvious how to get into or out of the plaza. Use the access road on the East side, which connects to Cranbury Rd. Then park anywhere in the lot.Kid-friendliness: Do your kids like pizza or not? It's not a sit-down restaurant though.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor entrance, the handicap space and ramp are right in front of the door.
I ordered pizza and chicken bites last night and was informed it would take 30-40 minutes for preparation and delivery. However, even after an hour, it hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire, they couldn't provide an estimated time of arrival. Deciding to pick it up myself, I was then told at the store that the driver had just left. Returning home, I found the delivery still hadn't arrived. Further calls to the store only yielded the response that it was on its way. Despite driving the same route as the driver, there was no sign of my order. Eventually, my food arrived two hours after placing the order.This isn't the first time I've faced delays, received the wrong order, or had undercooked food. But this incident has been the final straw for me; I've decided it will be my last order with them, and I wanted to share this frustrating experience.

Ordered pizza and bites for family dinner. Even after 50 mins no order arrived. After calling them I was told it was a takeout order and it was my mistake. After few mins talking to her colleague the person on phone shared that they made a mistake.She offered me pickup the order or cancel the order. There was no apologies for the mistake and delay in order. Complete lack of empathy of customer even after mistake in order.I was not offered a newer pizza even when it was sitting in store for 1 hr. I had to reheat the order as I received after 1.5 hrs.

Stayed in a hotel near by we wanted to order pizza we kept calling at 11:00 pm for delivery since it closes at 12:00 am but nobody answered the phone so we drove to it and got there at 11:30 and the guy said it was closed but the open sign was still on just say you close at 11:00 pm instead of 12:00 because it's false advertising and it makes people want to drive out in total darkness in the middle of west bubba *uck. Not cool domino's!!!!
