Sandwiches are so delicious, employees are very professional. I recommended this store is best for food Love it.

Ordered a few sandwiches for lunch through the app with clear instructions. Whoever prepared did not follow the instructions and the sandwiches were not toasted and missing cheese and other ingredients!! The sandwiches were super cold and the bread was so hard to eat, seems not fresh!! Very disappointed with the service. Feel they took advantage of the app order and pick up where we don’t get to see what they did until opened at home! I will NEVER ever order in this store through app, only in person where we can make sure they are following the instructions. Hope the owner can see this message and let the folks working there know the importance of customer satisfaction and integrity.

Whenever I go to Princeton University, I eat at this Subway because of its excellent customer service and food taste. The owner and employees are very calm, polite, and patient, even during busy periods. I would recommend visiting this Subway.

We ordered 3 subs online and all were supposed to be toasted and they were not. Not driving back to argue or request any money back. This is the second time it happened to me with this location. Not going there again!

I ordered six sandwiches with meal options (on line) that shows soda bottles included. When I went to pick-up, she gave me small paper glasses instead of bottles. I had to pay extra to get soda bottles. In addition, she forgot to add cheese as requested in one of the sandwiches.

I ordered a Italian BMT I called the place and complained this is what the sandwich looked like and the lady hung up the phone not a sorry not a do you want a new sandwich nothing.. she was completely rude and I would be embarrassed to have such an employee working for me. It is a shame.

For delivery drivers this store now will make the food when the driver arrives it's never ready in advance.

I cannot believe a $15 sandwich had so little meat in it. I can’t complain about the freshness of the food or the service but there is so little value here when most other competitors offer twice to three times the meat by default.
