This is a fantastic sushi spot that my wife and I come to from time to time. The all you can eat option makes sure everyone can get a taste of the things they like, and it’s convenient that there’s a liquor store next door. They have private little booths for larger parties which is nice. Food is good, price is fair. Also, they are open on Tuesday, where Hiro Asian Bistro isn’t, so if you want to go out for sushi on a Tuesday, this is a great midweek option for going out.

Parking: Parking is quite generous and expansive. even if you have to walk, you shouldn’t be concerned with not getting a spot.

Special rolls are fine, but they serve sashimi and sushi as minced fish, not good at all. The portions are also small.

Ordered shrimp teriyaki lunch bento. Not very flavorful. Looks like meat and veggies are cooked without sauce or seasoning and then drizzled with sauce before serving. California roll was good.

Not a bad place to eat. Service is a bit slow, especially around “fried” foods (as they’ve claimed is the reason behind 20-30 minute wait times.) The sashimi prep are varied. If ordering the spicy variants, expect ground fish served on a cucumber. Other than that, food was good. Not sure if it’s worth 30 dollars a head but understandable in this economic climate.

Par sushi restaurant. Decent all you can eat option but it is difficult to get good service. Low grade fish cut too thin for sashimi to properly enjoy. The rice ball falls apart when you dip it meaning incorrectly made. Making the food is flawed as well as you have two chefs making massive orders then backlog happens once a third order is in. Tempura and sushi rolls were well done though.

Atmosphere is kind of dreary during weekday lunch since it's all dark inside and in the corner of the plaza. The waitress was kind and attentive as well as another waiter who came over to refill tea.

Overall, the food is pretty average for sushi quality. The expectations should not be very high for this type of sushi restaurant but if you're craving a sushi lunch that is quick and affordable, this place is fine.

Time and time again, this place short-changes you on THE ALL YOU CAN EAT option. If 2 people order 8 rolls on the first menu pick, they bring you 6 rolls, leaving out the most expensive rolls. If one person orders 5 rolls on the first pick, they bring you back 4 rolls. This has happened every single time I have been there. About 8 times.I made a scene today, and demanded my missing rolls before I even started eating...because I can't stand this cost-saving tactic of theirs. The food is very good. And I never got sick. I really like it. But I hate the business model. So I only tip them $1 or $2. I don't care for the staff at this place at all. At $31.50 per head for ALL YOU CAN EAT...bring me the food I chose on the menu.

Really wonderful. The appetizers were wonderful and the service was great. Might be the best all you can eat sushi in Mercer County.

Do not go after 8pm, you'll be eating at 9pm with cleaner flowing into your nose. Thee most awful thing ever. Would not recommend this place maybe being the first customer you can enjoy the food. I rather hiro bistro near by.

They must have gotten new owners is the only explanation I can think of. It took 2 hours to get 2 plates of food. We used to come here all the time and it was amazing - this experience was AWFUL. The restaurant was empty and they decided to start cleaning up instead of cooking. Then when we finally got our order, things were missing and our 2nd order didn't even go through. When we asked about it, they found the ticket punched as if it was already made (spoiler alert: it wasn't). We left still hungry and disappointed. If you're looking for sushi in the area, I recommend Hiro Asian Bistro in the Plainsboro Village Center.

My favorite place for sushi. It's a half hour drive but worth every minute as I have the best sashimi salmon.
