The scallops were very tasty. Could have used a dinner roll though.
Enjoyed a delicious dinner at this contemporary dining spot inside the Hyatt Princeton. Started with 2 small plate appetizers, mussels and Phyllis with cheese and leeks, both excellent. Complimentary warm focaccia bread with olive and tomato dips was nice touch. Onion soup for me, romaine hearts salad for hubby, both excellent. I had Mediterranean Sea bass, he had rib eye, both generous portions cooked to perfection. Took home half of each! Dessert was a very rich slice of chocolate...read full review
