The food was great—especially the main dishes, which were all really well done. The dessert didn’t quite live up to the rest, but overall still a nice meal. We went on a Sunday evening, so it was a bit loud with lots of chatter, kids, and the occasional dropped plate. The server took a little while to get to us, but totally understandable given how busy it was.
A/C barely working in 90 degrees heat. Our server Murat didn’t look like he wanted to be there. Food was bland and overcooked. And last but not least the icing on the cake with an imposed 20% service charge on your bill for a party of 2 when their menu states for parties of 4 or more. This place is a joke
Horrible experience, Never ever. Insensitive to dietary restrictions and culture. They have minimum of 200 dollars and a policy to order 3 entrees. We are vegetarians and tyne the entrees did not have 3 options for vegetarian or what we like. We told we would order repeat portions of appetizers but that was not allowed. We spoke to manager and owner and they keep saying it's a company policy. Haven't seen any where that a party of 5 adults will be asked to order 3 entrees to have dinner in a restaurant and minimum of 200 dollars in a byob place. I have never seen something like this. We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and this was so disappointing experience. We left the place and went to Local greek and enjoyed the evening
I’ve tried this place more than three times, so I can confidently say the foods are good but the service is unbearably terrible. Never experienced something like this in Princeton. Basically everyone except for the manager is so rude, unfriendly and unorganized, to the extent it makes the entire experience unpleasant despite the good quality of food. Most recently, I and my friend got kicked out after only an hour and a half of dining, because they were busy, but without a proper explanation and apology. Never coming back to this restaurant. The manager should work on training the employees and establishing a better, much better system.
The portion sizes were small for the price, but the food wasn’t bad. They give you balloon bread, which was fun.
To keep it short and sweet, the interior and plating were great, but the food was bland and just unimpressive for the relatively high prices. The staff seemed to struggle to keep a smile on their face and seemed like they want to go home. I will not be coming back a second time. I will say I enjoyed the tomato salad though.

This is a great restaurant for a cute date night or a large party. The ambiance is amazing with gentle music and mood lighting. The Food is amazing the perfect flavor and texture of every dish I've tried. The staff is friendly and inviting. My favorite dishes include the Branzino, the Oxtail, and their Broccoli soup, and the Chef's Rolled Baklava is a must try!
Kid-friendliness: The staff are great with children! I always feel comfortable dining with my son who is 1 year old.

The mushroom potato dish was really delicious but the other items we ordered were a little bland/unremarkable. We tried basically all the vegan items on the menu including the roasted eggplant, zucchini, and hummus (all mid for the price). The complimentary balloon bread was also one of the best dishes but it was mislabeled as vegan on menu despite coming with cheese fyi

Restaurantji Recommends
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant and cannot recommend it to anyone. The service was terrible—our server was pretentious and never bothered to check if we needed anything or if our meal was satisfactory. We even had to grab utensils from a neighboring table ourselves. When we asked for a to-go box, the server was unwilling to provide a proper one.
The food was another letdown—excessively fatty, and to top it off, there were flies buzzing around throughout the meal. The atmosphere and service certainly did not justify the high prices. Overall, it was a very unpleasant dining experience.

So rare to find a halal place that's on the fancier side! Aspendos was a real treat
Dietary restrictions: Halal
The food was pretty good - really enjoyed the balloon bread, but many of the appetizers need bread to go with it and we had to pay around 3 dollars extra for each bread. The bread should be included with the appetizers that require bread like hummus.
Service was not good, we had to call the waitress everytime we needed something, there was no friendliness and we felt neglected. There was also a 20% service charge automatically added to the bill for a party of 3 that we did not think they deserved. We should be able to choose based on how we thought our service was.
The atmosphere was so loud we could not hear the people sitting across and next to us. On top of that they were playing music. They should be able to control this.

We loved our experience, the ambiance was excellent, music carefully coordinated, food was excellent and the presentation made it even better. All the wait staff were friendly and responsive.
