Blaze and specifically Agatha at the bar are the reason I stay at this Doubletree time and again. Service and personality are incredible. Victor is great too! Make sure to stop in if you’re at the hotel.

Staying at the hotel for a funeral. After the service we Came to the restaurant for something to eat. we had a party of 7 was told they don’t “like” when people of 6 or more came without a reservation. The place was empty not a single table full. When we walked in their eyes rolled and they just stood there staring at us. very unfriendly staff.

I have to say, by far one of the best places I have ate at. The place was so clean and professional. Dora, checked in on my family just to see how we like things. That was nice. And our server, Agatha, was very informative and went out of here way to make sure everything was top notch. I would highly recommend their smoked brisket. Great portion, Tender and delicious. I will definitely be bringing my family and all my friends back. Keep up the good work. Awesome place!!🤌🤌

My Husband and I usually stay here each year for our girls lacrosse tournament. This year we were met with an unpleasant bar tender with an attitude. Will not be returning to blaze or double tree.

first, I’d like to say the service rendered by Agatha Erin and Dora was amazing to say the least these three women make venue worth while my food was hot severed in a timely fashion not mention delicious. I am completely impressed by the attention to detail shown by theses 3 and the level of commitment they show night after night. Travel is my living and the staff at blaze not to mention the 3 above take the experience to a completely new level. I just hope management and ownership understand how extremely lucky they are to employ these 3 wonderful people

These reviews cannot be real. Tried Blaze for the first time and the food was not good, the brisket empanadas were literally drowning in so much oil…they were not even edible. Plenty of amazing places in that general area, don’t waste your money here.
