Great restaurant and bar in the DoubleTree hotel. I was put up here for a work related trip and greatly appreciated the friendly service from Justice, Agatha, and Dora, as well as Chef Mike. Highly recommend!

Got the breakfast buffet and was underwhelmed. The mixed fruit seemed lacking freshness/flavor and the oatmeal was room temperature. When we noted the oatmeal wasn't at the set point 180 degrees, they simply stated it could not make anyone sick because it was made with water. They offered to microwave our individual bowl.
The staff were nice, but seemed unempowered to do much.

I decided to visit this location based on the reviews on Google, but I have to say I’m extremely disappointed. From the moment I walked in there was no one at the stand waiting to greet you or sit you. As I walked in a little further I noticed a cook along with several of the wait staff and another lady not in uniform all huddled at the bar, some of them even seating at the bar. My first impression was horrible but I decided to stay and dine and it only got worse. The staff was more worried about talking to the lady not in uniform than actually tending to their job! I waited but my partner and I got impatient and decided to go somewhere else. This restaurant is so unprofessional and I do not recommend it!

We have stayed at the Doubletree before but this is the first and last time we will have dinner at this restaurant. The food was mediocre but the reason for the low rating is because the manager and chef do not take food allergies seriously. Despite speaking at length to the manger to see whether they could make a safe dinner and getting an assurance from her and a plan that included her contacting me if she had questions none of this happened. Instead the chef made changes without consulting her which resulted in a dinner that was not only disgusting but also was not safe. What was worse was that she blamed everything on her chef rather than taking responsibility for the series of mistakes and lack of communication. More importantly she offered no apology and a total disregard for safety especially when it comes to food allergies. Although she did eventually refund us the one dinner, this required several phone calls including getting the front desk involved to make sure that it was done correctly which it wasn't. This is terrible customer service, sloppy management and a complete disregard of the seriousness of food allergies, all basic qualities for any restaurant. That and the really mediocre food makes Blaze a place we won't return to again.

I checked in to the hotel on an empty stomach just as the kitchen closed, but the staff was kind enough to get my order in. Extremely accommodating and friendly people. Thanks for the dinner and laughs Agatha, Dora and Justice.

Terrible food do not eat wings burned overcooked my guess air fryer..French fries bang of the wall burger terrible everything I would say is put in air fryer..I was there 2 years ago and wings were done the old fashioned way waitress was nice but to the owner u eat your horrible food

Phenomenal service! My family and I had a long day of travel and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to give us more drinks and food. Shout out to Agatha for hooking us up with extra! Will definitely return for Latin Night!

Great Experience tonight at Blaze Princeton (located in the Hilton Doubletree Hotel). I had never been to this city before, but when coming in tonight after a long work day, I was greeted by piano music booked for tonight and lovely staff (Justice, Agatha and Dora). Equally good was the Food! While there is a neighboring state’s Doubletree near an airport I have decided to not visit again, I’ll for sure be back to Blaze Princeton.
