Great restaurant and bar in the DoubleTree hotel. I was put up here for a work related trip and greatly appreciated the friendly service from Justice, Agatha, and Dora, as well as Chef Mike. Highly recommend!
Blaze presents a captivating fusion of exceptional American cuisine, with their smoked wings, brisket, and steaks emerging as personal favorites. The salmon dish is equally outstanding. The bartenders are both professional and prompt, expertly crafting delicious beverages that beautifully complement the meal. With its warm and inviting atmosphere, Blaze is the perfect destination to unwind and rejuvenate after a long work week.
Got the breakfast buffet and was underwhelmed. The mixed fruit seemed lacking freshness/flavor and the oatmeal was room temperature. When we noted the oatmeal wasn't at the set point 180 degrees, they simply stated it could not make anyone sick because it was made with water. They offered to microwave our individual bowl.
