Food was good, but the service was terrible. Our server, Marlene, had a very poor attitude throughout the meal. I ate my entire meal without receiving the beverage I ordered. After waiting about 20 minutes, when she finally walked by and I asked about it, she said, “it’s coming out,” but it never arrived. I ended up drinking water from my wife instead.
It also took around 30 minutes just to receive our boxes and the check. The food was enjoyable, but the service seriously took away from the experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return because of this. Also my friends told her the order wasn’t correct to which she replied “you have to be specific when ordering” although she never asked or repeated our order!

Placed an online order for 40 wings, 4 sides of fries, and 4 soft drinks. Got there to pick it up, and saw that my order bag was soaked in soda. There were no employees by the carry out register, so i went to the front to find someone to help me. No one came up to help, so after a moment i went back to the carry out area, and my order was gone. After a few minutes, an employee asks if I am picking up an order. I say I am, and that the bag was taken away. He said they would remake my order, and that I would need to wait a few minutes. Eventually, my order comes out, and i take it and leave. Only later did I find out that my 4 sides of fries were not in the bag. I spent 25 minutes standing in the store waiting for my order to be remade, only for half of my order to not be included.

Just placed an order for delivery. Ordered 15 traditional wings, received 15 boneless and paid full price for traditional. Probably wont order again with no way to get my money back

I’ve always been a big fan of Buffalo wild wings, ever since the first opened one in my hometown. When I moved here five years ago and found this location on route one I was beyond ecstatic to have one of my favorite restaurants nearby. Sadly, this restaurant has not lived up to the standards that the one of my hometown led me to believe was a company standard many years ago. Over the past five years the service has gradually gone downhill as food prices have increased. I understand that no restaurant has direct control of their food costs and it’s a challenging issue throughout the entire restaurant industry. However, tonight being the final straw, we waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the front door, when we were finally seated, we waited over 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from a server, manager, or otherwise— despite multiple employees coming in and out of the area we were seated in to tend to the other tables that were already present before we arrived. Being that me and my wife are big Yankees fans we specifically chose Buffalo wild wings tonight because we knew the game would be on. After almost 2 innings without any acknowledgment from the staff, we finally decided to pack it up and head to Applebee’s instead. Even as we left, nobody noticed anything or said anything to us as we were walking out the door. It’s really a shame because other buffalo wild wings locations have led us to believe that great standards exist for this company, but this location has been a letdown time and time again

Went for lunch. There were only two other tables of diners. Their selection of music was horrible. So loud you could not think, hear, or talk. Never again! Waiter was friendly.

We are huge fans of Buffalo wild wings. But we never dine in at this Buffalo wild wings. The staff is always running around in circles and you wait forever. Shouldn't be tough. Twings boneless wings burgers fries. We then would do pickup. We made the mistake the first time of not checking our order. We received somebody else's. When we pick up we check there's always something wrong. We always get or wrong sauce. We made the mistake of ordering via food delivery app. Still always incorrect. Then you're just screwed. Again...wings, burgers, fries, apps...simple
