"Shrinkflation" sure hit this place hard. $18 for 10 little tiny bone-in wings. I could get 24 of those at Chuck's for the same price. They don't even come with fries! I'd tell you to stick with a burger -- because at least it's the size a burger is supposed to be and it comes with fries -- but if you want a burger, why are you at Buffalo Wild Wings? If you're getting wings, wait for a BOGO deal or don't bother.

Great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! Our server was on point, the drinks were solid, and the food was exactly what it’s supposed to be, no complaints there. The only downside was the one drunk guy at the bar loudly rooting for the Rangers, pissing everyone off lol. Other than that, it was a good time!

Ordered wings online and set the pickup time to 4:30. The order wasn't ready until almost 5:00. We ordered ranch and they initially forgot it when we received our order. We asked for the ranch and the worker gave it to us. When we got home, we saw that we got less ranch than we ordered. The food was cold and stale when we got home. It seems that the food was ready, but the workers didn't know that it was. It's been a pattern of taking longer than requested for takeout orders and forgetting ranch for a while now.

Not sure if today being a Sunday and an impending winter snow emergency is the reason that the traditional wings and fries I ordered was served room temperature. There was only 1 wait staff who was also the greeter but there were a few others who look like staff chatting near the entrance to the kitchen rather than helping to serve guest. I came here because this is the only place I found in Mercer that doesn't use seed oils, I thought I found my go-to restaurant; too bad the operations of the place is sub-par.

Nick was my waiter last night and charged a 30.00 tip on my card without my authorization. Nick's actions are unexcuasable and likely criminal. I will likely not be back to this location or BWW ever.
