This restaurant does a wonderful job with Hamburgers their chefs do it very artfully with great service. They will put a tomato on top of the hamburger to serve it stylistically. A pleasure to done here

Most disgusting food in NJ. Chicken tenders had absolutely no seasoning and no taste. Ever heard of salt?! Tried the brownie sundae which was actually 2 (still partially frozen) peices of chocolate cake with whipped cream and overly sweet frosting. The bar has a terrible selection and only has one of the wines that was actually on their wine list. If you stay at this holiday inn do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for dinner or order in with grub hub.

After a long and frustrating trip, the last thing I wanted to do was get back in the car and drive to get food. I order a glass of red wine which the waitress generous filled. I decided after staring the menu for a while on the hummas and pita. The hummas was really good and the pitas were nice and warm. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

Food is good, but very pricy. I paid $11.50 for a spoonful of scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, 1 burnt sausage link, a banana and a cup of coffee. Breakfast should be provided. Astronomical room service fees.

We went to the bar only. It was over an hour before closing, and we were the only people there. The bartender was so impatient and brusque that we left after one drink.

Read the other reviews and many were not that complementary. I at at the bar, as I normally do, and the service was friendly and attentive. Had the fish and chips, fish was fresh and plentiful, chips tasty and not under or over cooked. Very satisfied and the cost of the meal was reasonable. The menu is not extensive but there is a variety of choices that should satisfy anyone's taste and level of hunger.

Noisy atmosphere with people watching soccer. Service not always responsive. Lots of room. Food not very subtle.

Turned up as we were staying in the Holiday Inn. There was three customers already in the restaurant and we arrived the same time as another couple. The place looked fine for what it is, but that really is the only positive that can it had. We were asked to order drinks but hadn't even bothered to offer us a drinks menu. We had to reject one of the drinks as it was absolutely disgusting. We couldn't quite work out what it was. We only ordered main meals and even a pizza took over 40mins in a near empty restaurant. The other couple next to us had to wait over an hour and also didn't like their drinks. Guessing that the place only has a few reviews and no recent ones, the fact they were clueless when they had a few customers, suggests to me they are usually empty. The pizza was clearly a Pizza right out of a box, quite likely frozen. I thought it was odd that my Pizza was square and the previous customers was round. I've never had a square pizza in a restaurant before. My partner asked to see the sweet/desert menu and the waitress looked clueless. She had to go ask someone if they did have one. Utterly clueless service, frozen food and long wait times for basic food is inexcusable. Even if you are staying in the Holiday Inn, it's hard to justify eating in Nicole. It looks as if the staff and chef have completely given up.

We went out for dinner in our hotel at cafe Nicole and everything from the staff to the food was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We found the food to be delicious and portions were huge and the prices were cheap. Lorna and Rodrigo were wonderful with my kids. Definitely eating there again and will recommend to my friends and family when the visit Princeton.

Unfriendly staff. Food is ok and the menu has some good choices. Bartenders are rude. Try the wings they are great.

The restaurant is so much cleaner then it used to be; the food is much better quality and the service has improved a lot.

I met with friends at the cafe Nicole at the Holiday inn Princeton and from the start it was terrible, we had to ask for bread as it was not offered, and what they gave us was some pieces of burnt bread. I asked for a tilapia dish and it was not cooked the right way, it looked as it had been just microwaved with salt and tasted like a piece of cardboard box, not to mentioned the fact that it took over half an hour for it. The server that was working that night was even embarrassed and asked if I wanted to order something different when I complained to him, so I asked for a ribeye steak which was on the menu but they didn't have it! He mentioned that they were changing the menu but that is no reason for such nasty food and very poor service! If you have a choice, stay away from that place, not only do they have to change the menu, they have to change the chef if they ever want to get me to eat there again. I had heard great comments from my friends as they had eaten there before, but for me, it literally left a bad taste in my mouth.
