Was my hands down favorite sub-shop in Vegas. Finally had a sandwich here in Jersey and it wasn't the same. It was the execution that was the let down, just mediocre at best.

Food and service here is great, the Italian doesn't disappoint! It's also nice not to leave feeling hungry. Definitely high return value!

I apologize for coming in 20 min before closing. I apologize especially to the person in the knitting cap for having to yell at me that you close in 20 min. I just finished working 12hrs and wanted a cheesesteak. I pray you find a job that you like because you obviously dont like that one. Don't worry I will not come back.
Great sandwich shop! Had the Italian. Fresh and delicious. Fast service too. A must eat while in Princeton.

First time there. Staff friendly and helpful
I ordered the 1/2-1/2 (Half sandwich (Pastrami), Half salad option.) I asked for the dressings on the side.
Everything was awesome!
I will definitely go again :)

Their brunch menu is diverse and exciting.

They need to toast the bread. The bobby is a thanksgiving sandwich that really should be toasted and then put more cranberry sauce on it

Meatball sandwich is very underwhelming and messy to eat. People working there are very nice though
Needed something quick to eat and thought this was the place, but unfortunately there is a bit of a wait for this place and had to wait a little for someone to place my order.
I ordered the classic cheesesteak, which was alright (I’ve had better), but it was pretty difficult and chaotic to eat when all the onions ended up being long and stringy.

I recently visited this Capriotti’s location. I had the Impossible Cheesesteak with fries and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — you’d never guess it was plant-based! The service was just as impressive — friendly, fast, and attentive. It’s clear the staff takes pride in what they do. Overall, a top-notch experience with zero complaints. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such a great experience at the Capriotti’s in Princeton Shopping Center! As a vegetarian, I’m always looking for sandwich shops with flavorful meat-free options, and Capriotti’s really delivered. I ordered the vegetarian sandwich, and it was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor — the bread was soft and warm, and the veggies tasted crisp and fresh. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was just right. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m craving a hearty vegetarian sandwich!
