China Chen is the best Chinese take-out restaurant in this area. I try to come here at least once or twice a month. It is in a little food court inside the Forrestal Village (across from the now-closed down Salt Creek Grille). I like their beef and broccoli, fried rice, bourbon chicken and pork egg rolls the best. The service is always quick and the prices are very good. There is seating inside the food court and outside as well. Everything is made to order (the food is not sitting out) and is fresh and hot. The service is friendly and quick. There's a PF Chang's further down which I do not recommend (their prices are too high and their quality is very poor). Wegmans used to have excellent Chinese food, but not for the last 10 years or so. This is truly the best place in the area. Also, China Chen takes credit cards and there is no service charge to use your card and they do not have a tip jar out (I know a lot of people hate that).

The food is good, but I never understood, I order 4 chicken ? wings and they gave me only 3 instead of 4. When I called them, the lady told me that she gave me 3 instead of 4 because the 3 are the big ones. After 2 weeks, I ordered 2 orders of chicken ? wings again and should be 8 wings, but instead was only 7 wings and I called them again and she told me the same like the previous older, the wings are big. I just don't understand, but anyway the food is good.
