amazing time at this chipotle. i came there at 10:58pm (they close at 11:00pm) and the doors were locked 😅. I was so sad and hungry i started to cry. Then a chipolte employee noticed me…she pointed…smiled…and held up my order number. I then stopped crying and started smiling. Then another employee came to me and asked me my name. Alexander V. i responded. He then went back in and the first employee made me a fresh bowl. And the second employee handed it back to me. I was so thrilled i started crying. And then I left happy and full (although i hadn’t eaten yet).
To recap, came at closing, made me a fresh bowl, and hand delivered it to me. Fantastic Chiplote, fantastic people. All love 😍

There's not much that can't be fixed by Chipotle.
I live nearby and have come several times to give it another shot. Consistently understaffed with a single person working the whole line and register. Often out of ingredients stopping the whole line, so we’re waiting forever. After 10 minutes today I walked and went to qdoba and had a much better time. You’re not the only Mexican place in town

WORST chipotle i have ever been in. I go every day for lunch usually to the same but today was traveling. Awful. Dirty. Food not fresh. RUDEST manager and workers. All speaking Spanish. Talking behind customers backs.

Understaffed and the two people that work here seem like they're purposely trying to move as slowly as possible. Also it's a testament to how horrible this part of New Jersey is that people are willing to line up for 30+ minutes to eat at Chipotle in 2025.
This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Took 20 minutes to get a burrito. They were out of everything. I asked if it was always like this and he said yeah pretty much.
Heat was cranked up so high in the restaurant, and music was literally blasting. The guac was brown. Not my fav chipotle.

we didnt even get to order. everything was empty. the serving area looked messy. no rice available, all of the meats looked dry and old. the beans too. it said they didnt close til 11 i believe and we got there at 745. the atmosphere was quiet, a few ppl eating in but no one looked pleased with their meals. we waited for about 10 mins while the crew member waited for more rice to serve the person in front of us. we ended up leaving before placing a order. i was satisfied with my decision.

Great amount of food given and the workers are so kind. I recommend going to this Chipotle any day of the week.

Food and portions are usually consistent but the workers are pretty rude and hasty most of the time.

This chipotle was especially clean and the service was amazing. Food also tasted really good and was really hot.

Nothing really stood out from other Chipotles. 1 main issue, is I feel that they were not filling up the bowls enough. Usually I feel full after finishing 1 bowl, but I was able to finish and still have space left over in my stomach. Even my friends noticed that the bowls weren't as filled as they usually are.

I wouldn't recommend going here, the manager is quite rude.

I’m sounding the alarm on this location. It’s an absolute disaster. What was once a great spot is now frequently out of basic ingredients like white rice, chicken, and even tortillas. The service is painfully slow and the restaurant is often a mess. Do not waste your time or money here.
