Worst pizza to be rated high. I was expecting an amazing pizza because it’s rated as high as delorenzos and papas, it this place is trash.

I only got take out. The place was busy, bar was busy but a few seats. The pizza was rated 8.5 I think, but well worth it! Top pick for pizza!

A staple in the Princeton community - every visit I get a large pie and it’s delicious. Going there know it’s bar vibes but family friendly.

Excellent old school bar and pizzeria in Princeton, New Jersey. Thin crust pizza with a good crunch and a nice char. I had the plain pie and the supreme with all the toppings (see photo), and both were exceptional. Friendly service at the bar or nearby tables. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant old school place to visit. The servers are all very kind, friendly & welcoming. The pizzas are all bang on taste - tried the onion , anchovies, mushroom & peppers pies . The bartender makes a very good margarita.

Conte's is always packed for a reason. Their pizza (especially with pepperoni) is outstanding. They've nailed thin crust pizza. And they take your order while you wait for a table! Brilliant 👏
Full disclosure: I'm a Delorenzo's guy. Always will be. But Conte's is also awesome.

This was my first time trying Conte's. We drove an hour and a half to try their pizza after reading all the reviews and watching one bite pizza review online. It is located in the back of a large home that was converted into a restaurant, along with another business. They have a large bar area with TV screens and seating which seems comfortable, but the table and dining area is very basic and sort of had a cafeteria feel to it. The entire restaurant has a very dated feel to it and the entire restaurant looks neglected. The hallway to the bathrooms had visible clutter lacking any concern as to how it may look to new customers . The tables also need to be wiped down better as it looked hastily done. Maybe that's why they have hand sanitizer on every table. Menu is very simply with limited items so we expected mind blowing pizza since their only focus would be making great pizza. We ordered a simple salad which was just ok and a large pie, half plain and half olives and mushrooms. The pizza was thin and the plain side was okay but we were surprised that the mushroom side had canned mushrooms instead of fresh mushrooms. The pizza would have been so much better if they went the extra step to use fresh mushrooms. It took the entire experience down a few notches for us. I think the pizza was ok but not worth driving from far away to try it Pizza was just ok for a bar style pie.

Pizza is good but expensive for just a plain pie. Peroni beer on tap but $8 a glass. Expensive for a local pizza joint.
