The mini cookies are definitely my favorite.

Kid-friendliness: I recently ordered a 12 pack of mini cookies and they were perfect for my little sisters. It’s the right amount for them and they also get to try more then one flavor.

They are a bit sweet but overall I like them. Sometimes the flavors they come out with r a bit questionable tho lol

Ordered online for carryout. I specifically called the store to make sure that we could stop by and pick it up later and the person said yes we will make it for you right then and there. We walked into an empty store that evening. We stood at the counter for a good five minutes until someone acknowledged us. They saw us and said nothing, kept talking amongst themselves or cleaning. I understand being busy, but a quick "Give me a moment and I'll be with you shortly" would've been nice. When someone came over, we explained we were picking up an order. We gave them the name but they didn't find our order in the system, but it was showing as a charge to the card. They had to find us with a phone number...which was attached to the name we gave them. And I'm not sure if it was there before but there was icing on the side of the box when we got back. Service aside, the cookies were good and the butter cake was fantastic. Love the new mini versions. I'll go back but probably order in-person to avoid the hassle.

Love the brand and this location is right on par with what I expect from Crumbl. This is always great to balance out with a more health conscious meal from Playa Bowls a few doors down. Cant wait to come back!

Thoroughly disappointed with my cookies. Bought a 6 pack of cookies for my son’s birthday and I took the cookies home without seeing them. I opened the box when I got home and found out my chocolate mud cake cookie didn’t have any gummy worms in it. After biting into my double chocolate chip cookie, I found 2 eyelashes on the bottom of the box where the cookie was!! I don’t know if if they fell out but I don’t think that they did. I am so disappointed and wasted $25. never coming back again!

Great amazing service I love the cookies so much the workers are great would not change a single thing about this store they are amazing and they are so good and they are very nice they are very expensive and they have a nice personality with everything
