The staff here has always been courteous and kind. I do wish they would fix the ordering screens on site so that it makes it easier when you go in to not have the staff stop to ring you up.
The mini cookies are definitely my favorite.
Kid-friendliness: I recently ordered a 12 pack of mini cookies and they were perfect for my little sisters. It’s the right amount for them and they also get to try more then one flavor.

Ordered online for carryout. I specifically called the store to make sure that we could stop by and pick it up later and the person said yes we will make it for you right then and there. We walked into an empty store that evening. We stood at the counter for a good five minutes until someone acknowledged us. They saw us and said nothing, kept talking amongst themselves or cleaning. I understand being busy, but a quick "Give me a moment and I'll be with you shortly"...
