We celebrated daughter’s birthday at the Elements with their testing menu and we were all very satisfied. The food, ambience and services are all very good and I think it’s definitely worth the price. Besides the five courses, they gave free small dishes and bread etc so we were all very full afterwards. All in all, a very good experience and I am impressed with the standards of the dishes. Well done!

The food was more than I could have asked for and the service was outstanding. The only small complaint that I have is that the dessert course was just a little too sweet for my liking, such as the wine being very sweet along with the food but the pastry's during that course were amazing. Other than that I have nothing at all to say bad about my experience.

Our experience was outstanding. Food was absolutely delicious, service was perfect, and atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable. The Five Course choice is incredible. Highly recommended for those "Special" occasions.

What a wonderful, unique dining experience. The food was so creative and complex and each course was complimented by a perfect wine pairing. Definitely try this one of a kind experience.

It was an amazing experience, you expect the prices to be high at a fine dining establishment. The cocktails were mediocre but the food, the leveling of taste and the fun ways the chefs incorporated the items in the dishes was amazing.

Chef Anderson creates amazing dishes. Unique, beautiful, finest quality and absolutely delicious. Service is impeccable but not over the top. It is expensive, but worth every penny. My highest recommendation.

Elements is a destination for us. The food offerings are creative and perfectly presented. The server's knowledge of the wine and beer pairings is impeccable. We are already looking forward to our next reservation. If you're staying in Princeton, couple it with a stay at the Peacock.

A very disappointing experience, we've tried to find quality food in NJ compared to the Michelin starred restaurants in NYC so gave Elements a shot. The food was very underwhelming, dishes were incoherent and the service was poor for such a limited number of tables. We did the wine pairing which was similarly poorly chosen and executed (Sake served mid meal was really strange), the first couple of glasses were poured heavily at the start, they eventually adjusted. The menu was very seafood heavy which I didn't mind, but the quality and taste left a lot to be desired. Dishes were over seasoned and undercooked as other reviews have pointed out. The Waygu beef was extremely fatty, potatoes had a glue like texture. Kimchi and panna Cotta did not belong together, like many dishes the chef was trying to do something edgy, but he should try to perfect a few quality dishes and execute. The hamachi and salmon were both undercooked. The desert was too heavy and rich just like everything else, the ice cream tasted like melted cheesecake. As for the ambience the decor was dated, there were mosquitoes flying around throughout. They should not be charging this much ($600) for such a poor experience, try Common Lot in Milburn for a much better experience. We'll continue to search NJ for quality restaurants, but Elements left a bad taste in our mouths in more ways than one.

What an incredibly experience! Caroline was so knowledgeable, as well as the two other gentlemen that served us. Every bite of every course offered exciting and different combination of flavors that left us in awe. The wines that were paired with each course complimented the bites beautifully. Cannot wait to come back.

I love the restaurant more than others in my family. Food is usually excellent. My only issue with last night (and I understand I had made the booking less than 24 hrs earlier) was that replacing a steak/beef course (for non-beef eaters) with a third fish course is not the best idea. For a restaurant like Elements, they should find lamb (or pork/chicken). In addition, Kimchi is too strong for many palettes.

Took the family for graduation celebration for my daughter. Family absolutely loved it. The ambiance was fantastic. The service was impeccable. The food was aesthetically pleasing and tasted great! They went above and beyond what was expected by all the staff signing a card to congratulate my daughters graduation. Can't wait to go back!! Many thanks to chef Anderson and the staff of Elements...

They only serve top notch food. To call our meal brunch is grossly misunderstood. The mastery of ingredients is incredible. The chef doesn't use edible flowers for looks. They are for elevating the taste of the meal. Don't focus on the atmosphere rating because you will love the food in the parking lot. Expensive but you can eat and see why after you order.
