As always, Chef Scott Anderson and his crew put forth an evening that my wife and I will struggle to forget. The 15 Course Tasting Menu was tremendous, as were the optional wine pairings. This was our fourth visit to Elements. The food continues to be excellent with interesting flavors perfectly prepared. The amuse boche's as always raised the anticipation as they were well thought out and tasty. Each of the five main courses were great, we especially lied the tuna with it's four different takes. The dessert was an amazing way to end the meal, with amazingly rich ice cream accompanied by freshly prepared peaches and fresh made biscuit. The one detraction...

Elements is not a meal but a dining experience. We did the 15 course chefs tasting to commemorate a life milestone occasion. Elements was the best experience we've EVER had in a restaurant. The food is presented as ART! Each tasting is prepared with thought and tastes divine. David guided us through our 3.5 hour experience. Next time we will add the wine pairing and take an Uber, LoL! Highly recommend Elements for a VERY unique and spectacular dining experience!
