Elements never disappoints. We have been eating there since it was opened and always had a scrumptious experience. We had the five course menu last night with the accompany drinks. In addition to the five courses, there were two creative and delicious amuse bouche offerings with a glass of champagne. Several servers were assigned to our table and each one knew exactly what what was being served, down to the kinds of oils used for cooking and the origins of the kinds of special...
Service and food quality are not as what they used to be. It seems the restaurant overbooked for the amount of staff they have, there was extended wait time between servings, our meal took three and a half hours. Professionalism of the staff seems to have changed compared to previous years. In the past we relished the time spent at Elements on special occasions and was our go to place on those occasions, I'm afraid we will be looking for alternatives in the future.
One of the best tasting menus we have ever experienced. The chef knows what he is doing! Amazing sense of flavor and combined ingredients. Our tastes buds was tickled the entire night. Love a couple of dishes where he offered the tuna tartare and hamachi in four different variations. What a brilliant way to plate something. It was an unexpected delightful surprise. Service was a 10/10. Fantastic way to start the New Year!
