In short:
Despite placing an online order first, I was ignored in favor of later-arriving in-store customers and another online order. The staff today was ridiculous. NOT RECOMMENDED!!
In detail:
Upon arrival, there were no staff members present. While waiting, I placed an order online. Shortly after, I observed the staff receiving my order. However, when a group of teenagers entered the restaurant, the staff ignored my order and began preparing their meals, despite them arriving after me.
When I questioned the staff about this, he insisted on serving the teenagers first. To add to the confusion, another customer walked in claiming to have placed an online order, and the staff immediately began preparing his meal as well (before he finished the order for those in-store customers).
I am confused by the sequence of service. If the staff prioritize in-store customers, why did they serve another online order before he finished serving the in-stores? If orders are handled based on the time they are placed, why was my order neglected? This inconsistency in service is frustrating and unacceptable.

I’ve always been a big fan of Fresca Bowl for my acai cravings, but I've noticed a significant drop in quality with my last few orders. For instance, my 'Foresta' bowl (last 3 orders) came with blueberries, which I don't like and which aren't supposed to be included. The last bowl I got had just a few small uncut strawberries and a blob of Nutella. Additionally, the last few bowls have not been filled! It's not the same as it used to be, and I feel like it might not be worth the price anymore. I hope this is just a hiccup because I really miss how great they used to be!

The sushi rice is mush. Salmon isn’t fresh. I attached a picture — its pale and looks dull. I ordered at the store and ate inside. Lots of seating** manager promptly reached out and gave me a refund.
The bowl I had yesterday was really tasty, and the portion size very generous.Unfortunately I had an upset stomach because of it.The same thing happened to my wife on another occasion.Because the food may not be fresh or discarded at the end of the day but possibly reused the next day, I don’t think we will be eating here again.
