Finally, a place in Princeton with authentic flavor, quality ingredients, and homemade specials. Certainly worth a return trip for both the food and delightful service.

I've gotten the taro tea twice now and both times it had this weird chunky/pulpy stuff in it that is very unpleasant. The tea itself tastes good, but there is so much of this pulp in it, that I really can't enjoy it because of the off-putting texture. I strained the boba out and tried washing it with water, and this was how much of this stuff was left after a few rinses. Can't say I'd recommend it.

The bubble tea here is always fresh and very yummy. The tapioca balls are also very delicious, the best in Princeton I think. Would definitely recommend if you're in the Princeton area!

Pretty quiet and cozy place with a decent boba selection. Their boba was good, but nothing extraordinary. I enjoyed their tiger milk tea.

I really love this boba tea shop. The drinks are so good, and the staff are so friendly and professional. I enjoyed the atmosphere, and spent good time with my friends here. Will always come! ?

Just bought two drinks, my husband didnt like his at the first sip. Milk tasted expired. Tried to switch it for another flavor but employees refused. Kind of disappointed. Wont be coming back just because of lack of good service.

Went in for the first time for taro milk tea and the young guy taking my order clarified that their taro was different than most other places and when I asked for further clarification he was rude, seemed annoyed and was pretentious about the taro. Honestly at that point I should have just left, but I still got the tea. The tea was good, but that doesn't mean much when your employee is rude to customers. I went in with three other school mates too and we were the only ones there and we sat down real quick to write some things down for a school assignment and the employee made the music louder as soon as we sat down to do our work. Definitely not returning after the lack of customer service and respect.

We came in late on a Monday night. The only person working there looked preoccupied cleaning up and making drinks so we ordered from the kiosk. There was no one else in the whole store but us but they also do online orders so we figured it was easier to just order on the touch screen. They have a good variety of drinks. While browsing I had some questions on the difference between HK milk tea and the Signature milk tea which weren't detailed on the screen. I had to get the attention of the person working there to ask and he just responded "they are different teas". Which doesn't really help. I've been to plenty of tea shops and they would at least list the teas to clarify (black, Assam, green, Oolong, etc.) He did end up saying that one of them was a stronger tea flavor. Which again didn't really necessarily help but I made my decision to go with the Signature because if it's their "signature" one it must be good right? It was a pretty cold night so we opted to order hot drinks. After we paid and sat down to wait, we were then told that they could not make hot drinks. Not exactly sure why but at that point we just said it was fine to make it not hot. He ended up making it a regular drink but without ice, which I guess makes sense as a compromise. The other flavor we ordered was the taro drink. Before making it, he told asked us if we ever had their taro before because they "aren't made like others" and actually made with real taro. We said we had not tried theirs before but had it that way at other places and preferred it that way. He didn't seem to believe us but made it anyways. This whole time the interactions have been borderline rude. Maybe he was annoyed that we came in a half an hour before they closed. This could have all been avoided if he just took our order or made us aware of the limitations before we placed our order at the kiosk all together. The drinks themselves were actually pretty good! I couldn't finish my drink and save the rest for the next day and it was still tasty with the boba actually still with its soft chewy texture and not dried out, clumped up, or hard at all (which is something I've experienced with other boba). We might not make it back here due to the service but we did see that there's another location in Edison so we might visit that one instead since the product itself is good.

Was great and now doesn't have fresh fruit. Consider changing name of the store?

I ask him if the taro milk tea use the real taro or just taro powder, he rolled his eyes! Twice! I ask for the 黑提喜茶, which is on their online menu, and he rolled his eyes, again! He said they don’t have this. Turns out it called 芝芝黑提 at their store, their online menu is not right one. Feels not comfortable from there.

By far the best bubble tea in the area. The teas have a true depth of flavor, and the texture of the boba itself is perfectly chewy, also with deep flavor. They've literally ruined me for all other bubble tea in the area.
