Not great - the yogurt wasn’t good and the place seemed dirty.

This frozen yogurt place has the BEST frozen yogurt, the staff is so kind, prices affordable, and over the BEST experience.

This is a pay by the weight yogurt place with two vegan flavors and loads of toppings that you could pile on. They were evidently out of the creamy vegan flavors mentioned by another reviewer, all they had were vegan ice flavors.I tried the two vegan flavors; be tasted like iced sugar water. They were supposed to be peach and berries, but other than the coloring, they didn’t taste anything like peaches or berries Maybe if I smothered it with toppings, it wouldn’t have tasted so meh. My wife called sometime back to find out what ingredients are in the sugar free vanilla froyo as my dog ate some and it could be toxic if there is birch sugar or xylitol in it. Not only was the store manager who picked up insanely rude to her, but it looks like this establishment does not maintain a list of ingredients that go into their products. So God forbid if you have an allergy or dietary restrictions, they won’t be able to tell you what’s in their products. I would not eat at an establishment where the staff doesn’t even know what goes into the food. It’s dangerous on many levels. We asked many times what sort of artificial sweeteners is in the vanilla sugar free frozen yogurt and every single time the staff said we don’t know. The owner contacted my wife about someone named Jenny but when we called the shop no one named Jenny was there and they did not share her number with us either. All in all horrible experience and we would not recommend anyone come here as they are extremely rude and seems like they don’t know what goes into their food.

These guys are rude jerks. I called to ask what sort of artificial sweeteners are in the sugar free vanilla froyo as my dog ate some and I wanted to check if they use xylitol/Birch sugar, which is toxic to dogs. The manager gets on the phone and says “what do you want I have customers.” Absolutely rude and horrible. would not recommend anyone come here.

Absolutely awful experience. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place pushed me over the edge. The staff here are a complete disaster—especially the person at the counter. When I politely asked, “Could you please repeat the order?”, he snapped back with, “Do you think I’m stupid that I couldn’t get the order right? You’ll see it on the receipt.” Excuse me? That’s how you talk to a paying customer?

To make things worse, they actually messed up not only our order but another group’s as well. And then they had the nerve to look at us and say, “So what should we do now?” Uh, how about, “We’re sorry, let us fix it.” Basic customer service, right?

The drink itself? Awful. First sip and you already know this is a cheap, knock-off version of bubble tea. Overloaded with sugar to mask the fact that the boba is not fresh.

Even if this were the best bubble tea I’ve ever had (spoiler: it’s not even close), I still wouldn’t come back because of the appalling attitude and zero professionalism. Newsflash: we’re the customers—you need us. You’re not doing us a favor by serving us.

Normal frozen yogurt shop. Good selection of toppings. Pay by weight— a bit expensive in my opinion.
