Most iconic Princeton ice cream! Though some will debate this, Halo Pub reigns supreme due to its consistently high quality ice cream, low prices, and fantastic historic atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Lovely place. A colleague who lives nearby recommended it during lunch. No waiting at about 1:45pm on Friday. Lots of interesting new flavors I haven't seen before, but I opted for the basic flavors first and will try some different ones when I return next time. I purchased a pint and ate it all on my walk back to my car!!

Been coming to halo my whole life and still the same amazing quality over the years. I’ve tried nearly all their flavors and I’m impressed every time. Anytime I take someone to see Princeton this is a must stop for us. Continues to be my favorite ice cream shop on the planet.

I'm very disappointed. It was my first time here and I had heard so much about this place, but the service was incredibly terrible. I came in with a group, and we all wanted pints of ice cream, but out of the 5 of us, only one person was able to get a pint before they told us they were out of pints. Then, we asked for double scoops in cups, and 3 of us were given single scoops. One of our friends had to wait for the additional 2 new scoops. The entire time, one man on the staff that was serving us was incredibly rude. We got 2 hot chocolates, one of which spilled a little, but every napkin holder was empty. All 3 staff just didn't want to work. Overall, the quality is average, but there are much better ice cream options just down the street at a better price point than this.

Good ice cream in a very convenient spot. The cow decorations on the wall were very fun and the ice cream was soft and delicious. The scoops were very generous and not too expensive.
I’ve been coming to HP since I was a really little kid- some of my earliest memories are getting ice cream here! One of the few places that has not changed, they’re still doing things the old fashioned way.
