Got a uber eats giftcard so decided to try somewhere new. I'm not a picky eater but when it comes to Chinese specifically, I know what I like and not all are created equal but Hunan was right on the money. I'm in Franklin Park and the delivery was not only quicker than expected but all the food was still nice and hot upon arrival. Excellent food. Great value for money. A hidden gem in Princeton. The ladies serving are delightful and well-mannered. Would recommend the lunch deal for takeaway, or a sit-down quiet dinner. The Mongolian beef is excellent too.
