Perfect townie bar. Always someone you know there!

As much of a dive as you can do in Princeton, but in a good way. Great place for a beer.

Late night spot, no fan of: Cash at door to get in. Cash ONLY at bar. Slow service at bar. Not doing last call, asking for a beer, eye roll from bartender, get the beer , but they close in 15-20. Beer finished under 3 mins, thanks for the service.

I love going to ivy inn! such a fun place to sit outside with friends and family for hours on end. Plus their pizza and food is pretty good for a dive bar.

The perfect dive bar. Super fresh taps, and good food selection from a partnering business. Yes, cash only, but it’s so worth it. Rolling rock tastes like paradise here. Good staff too. There’s no good reason to not come here.

I started my life in USA with this bar. Love the place. Miss my time at Ivy Inn. Cheers to the owner for pulling through the pandemic.

Always a great town classic impossible to hate on it. They host weekly special nights like trivia Tuesday and then on the weekend it turn into your typical college dive bar except it’s Ivy. Cash only tho

Outdoor patio has transformed this place from a respected dive bar-- with weeknight trivia and karaoke-- to the go-to public house for Riverside parents, Littlebrook parents, and a few graduate departments at Princeton University. Relaxed setting with interesting people. Not to mention beers for as little as $2 (not including tip). Cash only. Figuring out food vending after the departure of Saturn Pizza, but still offers family-friendly American fare. Trivia night and/or karaoke remains a weekly ritual for many.

I had the time of my life. Music was lit and service was top notch! Will definitely visit again. Big shoutout to Nique for servicing the drinks and being attentive to the group I was with.

I’m not sure what kind of night this lady was having, but her attitude was way out of line. I asked a simple question about my drink and was met with immediate disrespect which was completely uncalled for. She even threw dirty looks at my friends, who had nothing to do with the situation. Everyone has bad days, but that doesn’t give her the right to be disrespectful, especially in customer service. Her attitude ruined my night, would not recommend! Bartender was a black lady with black hair

It's okay but they ignored me I had to flag them down just to get a beer, one girl just looked at me. Rude. Not worth a $5 cover charge without food, snacks even. There are better places go.

PRINCETON: A beloved local dive bar in the heart of downtown, Ivy Inn is known for its cheap drinks, tasty bar food, and dog-friendly outdoor patio. We especially loved the shaded seating under the big tent that is perfect for staying cool while hanging out with your pup. The vibe is super friendly; we had a blast chatting with regulars and bartender Adam. Just a heads-up: dogs are welcome until sundown, since things get lively here once the party kicks off. It is a great spot to grab a drink, mingle, and unwind. Cash only!
