Standard bar fare. What you would expect. From an Ivy League town, I would've expected a bit more high brow? I mean that in a good way. I love a down home type of feel to a bar. Sports on the TV, great music piped through the place, and a very appreciative crowd. For a nightcap I would say it's a good place to go.

The worst place I ever go, not clean, stinks, takes only cash no cards allowed, very bossy mindset, I rather choose another place if this is the only place for hangouts

Gran empleado to Vato. The only bar in Princeton that has DJs playing every week.

The Ivy Inn is just the most perfect place on Earth. Really nice indoor and outdoor seating and the staff are all so nice and friendly. There is also always something going on there throughout the week too, with sports, karaoke, live music, and Djs. So whatever it is you like, there is a place for you at the Ivy. My quality of life would drastically decrease if the Ivy Inn did not exist. Cannot recommend it enough.

Divy kind of bar. Food is through a separate company and has to be ordered separately from drinks. Drinks were good. The food was only ok and took way too long for how empty the place was.

We went to hoagie haven then walked over. We were greeted by the guy that rents the kitchen rudely saying “ no outside food I see your hoagies” so we had one beer then left. We would happily stayed most of the afternoon and had many drinks if the “ kitchen owner” wasn’t such a prick.

Love this place! I’m so glad my hubby and I found it! One night we had a babysitter (which is rare) with nothing to do, so we googled different bars and this was one of them that popped up! We’re so happy that we gave it a chance! Chuck the bartender is our guy! He’s amazing and makes great drinks! Such a great mix of people who go here. All different age groups. The vibe is always great!

A nice bar away from the college crowd. But karaoke night is a pretty awful time if you do not show up already drunk. It numbs the pain of hearing drunken singers screaming Eminem into the mic

Ivy Inn holds the specific position of being the only bar in Princeton, which is quite something given the town's large collegiate presence. You'd expect more central nightlife options in such a locale, but alas, Ivy Inn is it... Despite being the only choice, it's not just a last resort; it's a genuinely enjoyable place to catch a sports game and hang out with friends. The food is decent, and their house draft beer is a steal at $2, though calling it a "robbery" might be more apt given the quality! The biggest drawback? They only accept cash. So, remember to bring enough, or you'll find yourself paying extra ATM fees.

You can't find a good, happening, cheap place, then this in Princeton. Friday nights are full on.
They serve rolling rock beer every time at 2$ only. Must visit.
