They didn’t know what AP meant for a cookie and that contained cherries with chocolate chip cookie. The employee didn’t even know the ingredient of there own cookies. Very disappointing.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan and g.f. options!Parking: Multi-level lot is right next to libraryKid-friendliness: OK to make some noise even though part of the library; also easy to take food to tables outside where kids can play

Unfortunately the cafe here in the Princeton public library has changed for the worse since the new owners took over. The food is fine but the coffee is meh and they're definitely taking advantage of their captive audience with their prices. Example: $3.50 for a single small donut! I'd expect to be gouged like this at an airport but not at the local public library.

Jammin' Community Café has replaced Terra Libri Café as the cafe at the entrance of Princeton Public Library. This cafe is an extension of the Jammin' Crepes on Nassau street, but they serve a very different menu. They have some sweet crepes, but the library location also serves crepe burritos (~$6), crepe quesadillas (~$5), soups, and pastries (both their own and some from Lillipies). The crepes are premade and reheated to order, so assembly is faster than at Jammin' Crepes. Like at Jammin' Crepes, the savory menu is very cheese-heavy. They also have grab-and-go items, including salads (~$8), sandwiches, crepe wraps, and Thomas Sweets chocolates. They're open every day of the week. On Monday-Saturday they open at 8:30 a.m., and on Sundays they open at 12:30 p.m.
