Good food, recommend meat lovers would go again in heartbeat.

Very bad customer service. Was treated very rudely during my entire stay, which I highly believe was due to my family and I speaking a different language, as I witnessed other customers being treated warmly and politely. In regards to the food, it was good until I found a hair in my pizza, but at least I got a refund. While the food was okay overall, the service will make me never come back again.

Loved the thin crust GF pizza. We had it customized (half mex half spicy sausage). The mex part was layered with black beans and corn and topped with pico style tomatoes and onions. Spicy sausage had red and green sweet peppers layered on top of marinara and cheese. Was enough for two if you're not super hungry. The best part was that GF didn't feel like chewy/doughy unlike other pizzerias that sell GF pizza. It seems they make it from scratch using buck wheat.

What a specialization! Purely thin crust pizzas in rectangular shapes with plenty of toppings to choose from. This is what makes Jules Think Crust different from the rest.
Located in the heart of Princeton University, a small but lovely little shop caters to pizza in a unique way.
On display were a number of interesting options for both vegetarians and carnivores. Vegan options were available too but with limitations.
The ambience was rather lively with seating just about available at the time we visited.
Cute and cozy might help me best describe its ambience.
As for the pizza itself, it works well as thin crust goes, but over-all, decent. Nothing too great, but not too bad either.

The pizza was delicious. Worth recommending to everyone. Large selection. You can also choose your own sizes. Very nice service.

The toppings were good but the crust was not as good as we would have liked. The rating reflects a personal taste preference. However, if the topping were on a more conventional crust, the rating would have been much higher.

Showed up at 8:30 and was surprised they had very few pies left, none GF. I was told these were the only thing available and the kitchen was closed. I drove over an hour to come there and arrived in what should have been enough time prior to close to order. The way the guy behind the counter addressed us and shared this news was not polite, either.
