The cook was in the bathroom and refused to wash his hands . They kicked me out after I ordered my food. And kept my money for 50 dollars me and my family dont have to worry about getting sick. They can keep my money

My daughter just left this place and came home and told me they girl that served her was extremely rude to her, she came to her table and just stared at her, she had to ask for water and even a menu..like they did not want to serve her! Didn’t even want to speak to her! People came in while she was eating and the girl ran to help them and waited on them. My daughter should have gotten the same treatment! … I think that was disrespectful and disgusting! Do Better!!

We stopped in on the way back from a trip to Trenton. We searched for a place to get Pho, soup dumplings and boba tea. This place hit on all three. This is a small store front and at 9 PM on a Saturday it was very busy. There were a few seats open but most were full. There were a half dozen or more people waiting for food and drinks and a steady stream of people were coming in to pick up takeout. The decor is contemporary, bright and busy lots of signs, specials, menus, etc. There were only three employees visible and all were in constant motion. The service was efficient without time to do much more than acknowledge each customer. The food and drinks are focus and the draw I am not a huge fan of boba tea, but when asked to try it, I have to say that it was excellent. The milk tea was rich and flavorful, the bobas were not too sweet, the texture was so much better than others that I've had. (Admitting that I am no expert, I will say that I will definitely explore the drink options when I am able to visit again.) The soup dumplings were delicious. Many different flavors shown through and blended perfectly. My favorite pho is roast pork, which was not an option, so we got the standard beef. It was also very good. This seems to be a Princeton staple and I can absolutely see why. I wish they were closer. I would absolutely be a regular if it was close to home! I would highly recommend this place!

Amazing noodles and rice bowls. So far, has stir fried udon, curried chicken noodles, and pork belly bowl. Enjoying is top notch. Also like the laid back atmosphere. This is a hidden gem.
