Worth the trip! Just know before you go that at this location there is no dine-in area. There's a small park with picnic tables across the street.

Oh boy, let me tell you about La La Lobster in Princeton, NJ! It's a place where seafood dreams come true... accompanied by a side dish of hilarity and good times.First of all, let's talk about the name. La La Lobster? I mean, it's like they combined a catchy song with a delicious crustacean, and that's just absurdly awesome. I couldn't help but hum "La La Land" while chowing down on some mouthwatering lobster rolls. Who knew music and seafood could go hand in hand? Now, diving into the food itself. Picture this: succulent, buttery lobster meat delicately nestled in a perfectly toasted roll. It's like a soft, fluffy cloud hugging a gift from the sea. Every bite is pure heaven, transporting you to a sandy beach with waves crashing and seagulls squawking... or maybe that's just the sound of fellow diners getting way too excited about their lobster feast. But it's not just about lobster rolls at La La Lobster. They've got all kinds of seafood delights that will make your taste buds sing in harmony. From their delectable crab cakes that practically melt in your mouth to their shrimp cocktail that delivers a deliciously tangy kick, it's a seafood extravaganza that will have you coming back for more. And let's not forget the ambiance. La La Lobster has managed to strike the perfect balance between fancy and fun. It's like stepping into a seafood wonderland with quirky nautical decor and staff that are genuinely excited about lobster. They might as well wear lobster costumes because they're so passionate about those crustaceans! But what really sets La La Lobster apart is the laughter that fills the air. With every bite, you'll find yourself chuckling at the sheer joy of indulging in seafood perfection. It's almost impossible to have a bad time here because the atmosphere is infectious. You'll be swapping stories, cracking jokes, and making new friends faster than you can say "more butter, please!"So, if you're looking for a seafood joint that combines mouthwatering flavors with a side of whimsical fun, look no further than La La Lobster in Princeton, NJ. It's an experience that will leave you humming, giggling, and craving lobster for days. Just be warned: once you enter La La Lobster, you'll never want to leave this sea-inspired paradise of laughter and deliciousness!

I stopped in today. What a total disappointment. I order the classic lobster roll. Some kid came out from behind. He toasted the roll. He measure out the cold lobster and put that on the griddle with butter. Within 30 seconds I had my lobster roll. Went across the street and opened it up. The lobster meat was totally cold with the cold butter sauce. One of the worst sandwiches for $24.00. This place stinks. Avoid it. Management needs to address their business operations here.

Was so surprised to find a good roll in central Jersey. Love that they make everything right in front of you. The fresh cold lobster roll brought me back multiple times.

Tiny place with no dine in option, no restroom either. Had the classic here with the option of 50% more lobster meat. That came to ~$29.00. The roll was a basic hot dog roll.Included a (good) pickle and a bag of potato chips.Overall quantity of lobster meat was good and the amount of added butter was low (which is good) and the lobster was very sweet and delicious. There is a small park with tables within a short walking distance for al fresco eating.Enjoyed every morsel.

I lalalove the lobster here. As well as having so many entrees with lobster, the lobster rolls have multiple flavor choices, I went with the spicy. There is a satisfying amount of lobster on the rolls for their price compared to others. Amazing customer service. Can't wait to try more of the menu.

We had the spicy lobster roll, classic lobster bowl and lobster Mac and cheese. The roll came in a slightly disappointing portion, yet it tastes good and every bite was satisfying. The bowl came in a huge portion although 70% of it was brown rice. The mac and cheese was devoured by my kids in a matter of minutes so I guess it’s really good.I could not give it a 5 star because of the excessive number of shell chips in the meat. I pretty much picked out a piece for every single bite. This is what gives me a resistance when the kids ask to come back again. The service was very good though, lady walked us through the menu and was very patient.

Been very excited to enjoy these lobster rolls. Multiple times I've gone and seen the store closed despite hours saying they're open.Edit: Stop the drama? Why don't you run your business better. Man up and work the hours your put.
