Last night my family dined at La Mezzaluna and it was absolutely fantastic! We had a last-minute addition to guests and the staff created a memorable meal for everyone. . The menu offered a wonderful variety of classic dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure every need was met with a smile. Overall, this restaurant is a true gem for anyone craving delicious Italian cuisine and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Food was fine but bland - had risotto and chicken parm. Waitstaff barely tended to us and ran before we could state we had allergies so we hoped from the best. Crowded little joint which was surprising but it's BYOB and doesn't say that on site.

I like Al-dente pasta but mine could have used just another minute boiling, and the sauce was thin, ran off the noodle too quickly on the vodka sauce. The cannelloni had all the right elements but the flavors were off the mark a bit. The homemade crepe was dry on the ends that were not covered with the mozzarella when baked so they were hard and inedible. The chicken parm looked wonderful as did the fish special at the table next to us.

The tables are very close together and it's very loud. The food was delicious. The service was great. Felt a little rushed at the end, but there was a very large weight so that was probably the reason. It's a very good value for downtown Princeton.

We go here for the excellent food and courteous service. This night was exceptionally busy, so service was quite slow. And the noise was a challenge. But we love the place!

I came here several years ago. It was excellent. What happened? The food was terrible. Tasteless. Poorly executed like gummy sausage. And the service is non existent. They had two waiters for the entire place. Good luck getting any attention, yet somehow they expect a tip.

La Mezzaluna has the best food, service is SPECTACULAR, and the specials always great. Maitre d', William, is THE BEST TOO. Risotto fantastic, as well as chicken dishes and fish. Love their salad with the greens, sugar walnuts and blue cheese and avocado. Their salad dressing is perfecto-- a hint of lemon. Calamari always great, and their red sauce is just the BEST. Amazing deserts, love the lava cake and gelato. Lovely dining location before or after a show in town too or when enjoying a lovely evening for a walk. Highly recommend. Our only wish is that they would get chair pads.

Restaurant felt very chaotic. Waiters brought out wrong food to tables more than 4 times and didn't know what tables ordered what. Nobody greeted our table until someone just came and asked for our order. Ordered appetizer and no one checked on us or asked us for our dinner order so we just decided to leave and not order dinner because it was taking so long. Bummed because we heard good things about going there.

Food was substandard. Waitress would disappear for long periods. Asked for bread and never received any. One of my worst dinner experiences in many years.
