La Mezzaluna has the best food, service is SPECTACULAR, and the specials always great. Maitre d', William, is THE BEST TOO. Risotto fantastic, as well as chicken dishes and fish. Love their salad with the greens, sugar walnuts and blue cheese and avocado. Their salad dressing is perfecto-- a hint of lemon. Calamari always great, and their red sauce is just the BEST. Amazing deserts, love the lava cake and gelato. Lovely dining location before or after a show in town too or when enjoying a lovely evening for a walk. Highly recommend. Our only wish is that they would get chair pads.

Restaurant felt very chaotic. Waiters brought out wrong food to tables more than 4 times and didn't know what tables ordered what. Nobody greeted our table until someone just came and asked for our order. Ordered appetizer and no one checked on us or asked us for our dinner order so we just decided to leave and not order dinner because it was taking so long. Bummed because we heard good things about going there.

Once a great restaurant. Now it's terrible. Going there for ten years. No more. Waited forever to be served. Waitress had no clue about the menu. Had to give her our orders several times. Food was substandard. Waitress would disappear for long periods. Asked for bread and never received any. One of my worst dinner experiences in many years.

Had a very nice lunch with group of 8. Everyone enjoyed the food - lentil soup, salads, sandwiches, entrees - all were nicely prepared and tasty. Great service. Also had dessert and coffee - all were very good.

Our food was gloriously favorable and presented with friendly and competent service. Looking forward to returning.

Food was excellent and service was very good. The staff waited until our appetizers were finished before putting in our main entrees. We will be back!

We all need to support local, independently owned restaurants. La Mezzaluna is a small independently owned Italian Restaurant in Princeton with excellent service that is friendly and welcoming. The ambience is relaxing and we were able to talk at a normal level. I usually avoid noisy restaurants since I don't find my meal enjoyable in them. La Mezzaluna is a small and intimate restaurant. If you are looking for an enjoyable, high-quality meal in a quiet and intimate setting, this is your place.

We are ‘regulars' at this lovely Princeton establishment & they continue to deliver a great menu and terrific service. We have never been disappointed! 🙂

I love that's it's a BYOB. The food is tasty and well prepared although my rib eye special was a bit chewy. The fried Calamari was tender, eggplant rollatini was delish and the pork osso bucco was fall off the bone.

My favorite Princeton restaurant by far. Quiet enough for a conversation and lively enough for a lively experience. The food is thoughtful, varied, and delicious. Plus the best, kindest service and wait staff in the area with William leading the group.

La Mezzaluna is one of my go-to places to meet friends for lunch. The menu offers a nice variety of delicious dishes. My favorite is their Risotto. The wait staff is very friendly and you never feel rushed. If you plan to have wine or beer, the restaurant is BYOB, however, their is a good liquor store a next door or take a short walk to Hulfish St. to the Princeton Corkscrew for a great selection of wine.

Staff offered to make us anything even if off menu. Very accommodating! Service and food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back

Good food, good service. Very courteous servers. Menú has variety. All in all a nice meal.

Really good Chicken Parmesan with vodka sauce, and enough for leftovers the next day, which is always a good thing! Love that it's a BYOB too.
