Taste is very good!

The noodles reeked of vinegar and stale chilli oil. The prices were egregious($8 for a cucumber drenched in soy sauce and oil?) and noodles were soft with overcooked 老beef. I offer sympathy to those in New Jersey — May better noodles bless you soon.

This place is legit. Noodles are handmade and delicious. Don’t skip the cucumber salad.

The Spicy Sizziling Griddle Fish was delicious, definitely recommend it! Also go the Mapo Tofu.

Come here a lot, tasty! The hand pulled noodles are the highlight, I like N2 a lot and the zha Jiang mian. Their apps are good too. Interior is clean and modern.

My go to place when in Princton. All food is terrific! Mongolian beef and spicy cucumber rolls are to die for. Great costumer service.

Chill atmosphere but lack of vegetarian friendly ramen options
I was stuck with ordering the tomato broth ramen.
Ramen was not at all tasty and lacked protein. Broth tasted way too much like ketchup
Highly dont recommend for 20 bucks

Very friendly and young staff. BYOB with a liquor store down the street. Parking can be an issue but good for delivery and takeout. Very spacious and pleasant atmosphere. Beef tripe salad was a tiny portion and overpriced. Noodles are handmade and tasty. Friendly service

While visiting Princeton, we were looking for a great spot to grab lunch and came across Lan Ramen- a cozy, inviting restaurant just a short walk from the heart of campus. We decided to stop in, and we're so glad we did! The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, getting us seated right away despite a steady lunchtime crowd.
We started with an appetizer, followed by two entrees, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, the ingredients fresh, and the portion sizes generous, perfect for a satisfying midday meal. Whether you're a fan of hand-pulled noodles or just looking for a warm, flavorful bite, Lan Ramen is definitely worth a visit!
