The dishes looked great but that’s about it. Order the Supreme Lanzhou Beef, Lanzhou stir fried noodles and crispy chicken. They all tasted very bland. From my experience of having been to China and trying similar dishes, I’m afraid they’ve catered this to fit the American palette.
Superb ramen, the broth is outstandingly tasty. Recommend the tempura shrimp appetiser. They don't serve beer or wine spiriits, but you can bring your own, and there's any excellent liquor store a 1 minute walk away. Recommend this place highly ??
This is one of my favorite spots in Princeton; whenever I have friends from out of town visiting in the area I always make a point of trying to bring them here. The food is great (I’m obsessed with the Kung Pao Chicken) but it’s also got great atmosphere; there’s a reason why it’s always so busy.
