Very friendly and young staff. BYOB with a liquor store down the street. Parking can be an issue but good for delivery and takeout. Very spacious and pleasant atmosphere. Beef tripe salad was a tiny portion and overpriced. Noodles are handmade and tasty. Friendly service

While visiting Princeton, we were looking for a great spot to grab lunch and came across Lan Ramen- a cozy, inviting restaurant just a short walk from the heart of campus. We decided to stop in, and we're so glad we did! The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, getting us seated right away despite a steady lunchtime crowd.

We stopped by Lan Ramen at Princeton University for lunch and had a great experience. We ordered the Mapo Tofu, Stir-Fried Shanghai Bok Choy, Original Cucumber Salad, and their Signature Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Noodles. Everything was flavorful and fresh — the hand-pulled noodles in particular had great texture and depth of flavor.
