The food was excellent, as was our waitress Sabina. The seats were comfortable, and the mixed drinks were strong and tasty. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will be back!
What a really nice spot for a great meal. Service was exceptional and the restaurant staff were wonderful as well! We had the meatballs and burrata for appetizers. All the pasta is made fresh there and was delicious. Oh and the drinks were fantastic too! Would absolutely go back!
Rose was amazing and put me to the best short rib dish (very generous serving of very tender short rib, truffle pasta, spinach, and ball of burrata cheese) I've ever had! We're from out of town and staying visiting Princeton for the kiseki pancakes at JS Foodies but gave Laurea a try while staring at the Hyatt Regency and we will definitely be back!
