I often do catered lunches for physician offices. Figured I would try this place out. Pizzas were delivered inedible. Pictures speak for themselves. They also left off basil from 2 Margherita Pizzas. Claimed to run out of basil!? They tried blaming Uber Eats. They refused to remake for my scheduled lunch. So rude and dismissive. Never again!

A very strange place with mediocre pizza in a great location. Service seems designed to make you feel as unimportant and uncomfortable as possible.

After the change in ownership last year the quality has gone down considerably. The prices have increased by a noticeable amount. I will not be visiting this establishment any longer

This place has gone downhill, which is very sad. Our family has been going here for 20 years, but last night the food was mediocre and very overpriced.

After my most recent visit, I will not be returning. Walked in and asked about the special pies for the day. Guy behind the counter said to 'Just pick something'. I point and ask about one of the options and he barks at me again to 'Pick something! I'm not going over everything here!'

Frustrated, I again point and ask about the pie and he spat back a response. I ask for two slices just to finish the transaction as quick as possible. The slices came out barely warmed but I didn't feel like asking for them to be heated more throughly.

If this is what constitutes customer service, I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Used to come here around 2006. And most recently several years ago. It’s not the same. It’s operated by amateurs now. Obviously new ownership. Never again.

I had a terrible experience ordering from Pizza Star in Princeton. I placed a delivery order through the link on their own website, expecting it to be direct. Not only was part of my order missing, but when I called to resolve the issue, the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. They insisted I needed to contact a third party for a refund—despite the fact that I clearly ordered through the link they provide on their site.

There was no accountability, no apology, and absolutely no attempt to fix the mistake. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from here again. If you value being treated with respect and receiving what you paid for, look elsewhere.

Delicious Sicilian. The big, greasy slice of sweet sausage was good, too, but I wish I'd opted for a plain cheese to get a better sense of their style. Friendly staff. I overheard the cashier talking with another customer and apparently the place is under new management. With a Stewart's Root Beer plus a credit card fee, the total came to over $15. I went during lunch on 7/14/25 and it was only a little busy. #YouWannaPizzaMe?

Pizza isn't anything special and the service is mid. Way too overpriced for what it is.

I went in at noon to order large pies for my students as it is their last week of school. They charge me and I told them I needed them for a 2:15 pick up. When I showed up at 2:10/2:15 they informed me they never even made the pies because they forgot to print the receipt. When the owner came in, he said he could make them for me now and would take 10 minutes, but I needed to get back to work and my students would have no pizza. He insisted on making new pies even though I told him I needed to get back. He didn’t seem very concerned. They were all very nonchalant and kind of brushed it off. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Since the new management took over, there has been a notable decline in quality. Moreover, the pies are inconsistent. If you order on a Tuesday vs. a Friday, you might think you had pizza from two completely different stores.

This has been our GO TO spot for over a decade. Sadly, it’s in decline.
