Nomad Pizza has a delicious variety of pizzas cooked in a wood oven. I have been going there for years now and have not been disappointed with the pizzas, appetizers, salads and desserts. For the first time, I tried the wine. They sell Meadowcroft by the bottle or half-bottle at a high price. The red Zinfandel was the worst wine that I have tasted in a very long time. Both sour and tannic, I could not drink it. Do yourself a favor - enjoy the food but don't order the wine.
It’s easy to get to Nomad. Lots of free parking at a strip mall. Place is easy going. Casual interior. Good look to the two wood-fired ovens from every angle. Service is fast and friendly, but nothing beats the Neapolitan-style pizzas. Greek salad is fresh and good, too. I’d come back when in Princeton.
Delicious brick oven pizza. The dough is perfect thin and then thick around the crust. The sauce is the perfect ratio of sweetness and savory.

$20 for a pie but that pie easily feeds 3 people. Highly recommend. Well organized so don't let the line intimidated you

We ate at their food truck at Princeton Junction.
