Best take out in Princeton.

Olives need to get a better naming/ordering system. Good luck if there’s more than 5 people waiting and someone orders the same thing… someone will either take your food or there will be 5 minutes or confusion. The employees don’t call out the food right either sometimes.

My Worst Experience!! Ordered Chicken, Mozzarella and Tomato On Baguette!! 1st of all if I knew I would be served a prepped cold sandwich I would have never ordered. The bread was so hard, it activated my TMJ shifting my jaw approx 2mm! Cold Chicken with no taste, along with cold mozzarella & tomato just as dry as the owner! Very Disappointed!! You can give me a refund, but you can't refund me my lunch time!! Never Again!! 👎👎👎👎👎

Olive's did an absolutely amazing catering our event at Princeton University. So many of our attendees commented on the delicious food selections and I have to agree on that front. Even better than that was the service we received from the minute I reached out to them the first time. The whole team could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and kind. From each, and every person that I spoke to or dealt with in person and at the event, Olive’s, staff was the height of professionalism and Customer Service. I can’t thank them enough for making us look good to our members!

I have to give a special shout out to the delivery team, who not only went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, but also graciously refused to accept a tip stating that it had already been included in our Invoice. That kind of integrity is hard to come by these days and it is a testament to their stellar team. I highly recommend them for all your catering needs!

Normally love olives but had to wait 50 minutes for online order to be fulfilled during lunch. Online orders are fulfilled last and behind everyone in store. Poor customer service

Takes over an hour to *start* a small hoagie. No apology, no urgency, not busy at all but refusing to service customers. Let the place close down, im sure there's 1000 other businesses waiting to take over a hot spot.

Usually the food I get there is great. Not this time. The kale salad with chicken had mayo for the dressing. Horrible. Will be tossed out. The chicken roasted veggie salad had like vinegar dressing. Awful. Just about zero chicken too. Other stuff I has was okay. The Cuban sandwich was good. Carrot muffin was fantastic as usual. Felt though like I wasted a lot of money.

Truly love this place! The customer service is wonderful and the food is too! Whether it’s dessert or lunch. I’ve had everything from breakfast to dinner here. My favorite are the burritos! Affordable and good portions for your money.
