We celebrated a college graduation and the kids loved the huge portions and drinks.

They accidentally gave us more food than we ordered and then came and told us to throw it out. Why waste food? πŸ˜‚

Service was great, our waitress had the best attitude I think her name is Linda, she spoiled us every time we need something. The food was great too!

Haven't been to On the Border in a while until today. The chips and queso were good. The rest was bad. My son got the chicken quesadilla and the chicken was undercooked and very chewy. I tried a piece of it and immediately spit out out. We told him not to eat anymore of it. I ordered two southwest chicken tacos. I was done after the first one. It was just not good with little the only flavor being the pico de gallo. This will be our last time at an On the Border.

Its a real shame you stopped having good customer service you used to have. I was made to wait with 10 free tables, people behind us getting sat before us. Then when we were sat, the table was wet and dirty. Menu items are not customizable, so is the food really made in the back or all coming bagged from corporate now? And let's be honest... its not fresh guac if its mixed ahead. Such a shame you cancelled some of the best things about this place. Not to mention those of us with food allergies... who cant have a great experience here. Now your resembling a generic chain not worth ridiculous the inflation. Over paying when under delivering.

We love OTB. Our local one closed in New Brunswick and we traveled 45 minutes to have dinner here. It did not disappoint. My loved her Chicken and my Steak and Shrimp Fajita was outstanding. Unfortunately they dropped the table side making of guacamole live, was very disappointed to hear that. Always enjoyed it. The guacamole they served was a ok, nothing like the guacamole live. Won’t order it again, not worth the cost. The pitcher of Margaritas tased fantastic, though it was almost alcohol free, also disappointing. Not worth the money. Our server was extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Service was extremely fast for a Saturday night.

The chips and salsa are amazing as ever. Love that they make them on site along with the tortillas.

We will be back, though won’t bother with the guacamole and pitcher of margaritas, maybe just one each next time.

The server was really bad. He hardly came to the table. Each order took 15 minutes. To get the check 20 mins. Then to collect the payment another 15 mins. He was terrible. He wasn’t even busy. He was chatting with other server colleagues all the time. Very impolite and no work ethics.
Food was mediocre as well. The bathroom was really filthy to say the least.

Decided to go to On The Border. Wanted something different and where we live the On The Border Restaurants closed permanently. Today was good. Salma was our server she was very attentive Food was good and just what we were looking for after a long day. My only issue was it took over 20 minutes to settle our bill.

Tony was our server. He offered suggestions, and took our order. Tony checked on us a few times to ensure the food was prepared to our liking. Excellent service! Thank you, Tony!

Service here is terrible. The food is not much better. They need to have sufficient staff to wait on the customers. I have been here over the years several times and it never ceases to disappoint.

Been going to this location for 20 years and I still love how dedicated the team is with keeping quality of food. Toni was an amazing server who was attentive and followed up often and was quick to bring anything that was needed. Amazing personality and big smile! He’s an awesome asset to the team!
