Sunday, April 28, 3:30 pm I set the time and date so you can investigate who your staff is. I have been to this place before but today my experience was very unpleasant, the Hostess with unfriendly attitude took us to a dirty table, she placed the menus on top of it. From the remains of food, everything was dirty. the table with the chairs on the floor and we politely asked if she could clean, she came back looked and called a person to clean, I don't understand if the restaurant was not full and had clean tables, she put us on that. dirty place. I felt that because we were Latino people they treated us like that. So we sat down and no one came to take our order, we got up and left, I won't be back.

90% empty restaurant on Saturday. We were seated, but nobody came to take drink or meal orders. We left and went to PF Changs across the road.

I didn't have very much and can only judge on what I had!I beleive to be an avarage as taste and presentation!Tou can tell that servings are pre-cooked and standard!Don't get me wrong, you won't get sick from it but you certainly don't have that freshness to it!It' only my opinion. Thank you for reading!

We’ve had several good experiences until tonight. Went with my son tonight ended up staying for 1 hour, 10 minutes, most of which was us sitting around. Time between sitting and getting appetizer was 30 MINUTES. I’m not one to confront people, unfortunately. I had to ask another waiter about our dip because our waitress was standing at the kitchen door, chatting at the hostess stand, singing happy birthday, or entirely missing. Meanwhile every other waiter and waitress in the place was rushing around actually WORKING. Our dip came, barely warm. Food came shortly after, also barely warm. Had to flag someone else down to get our bill and a to go box. This girl has everyone else doing her job for her! Bill came with my son’s meal incorrect so waited another 10 minutes for that. Also… she took my card with her to correct the bill and ran the card before I saw the corrected one. Not okay. Not going back.

Great food. Service was a bit slow given that me and my guest were the first to arrive for the lunch rush. Overall good experience. Taco salad was great!!!

I will say OTB has some of my favorite lunch salads and I go there every time however I haven't been to this location for lunch but my husband and I went for dinner. We had the ultimate fajita and it was pretty disappointing! Don't fajitas usually come out sizzling? This one was warm at best. Also was about half the size of what it looked on the picture and while it did feed, both of us don't expect it to be a lot of food, and if you're hungry I would order something else. Everything was just okay. I will say the best thing of the day was the chips, salsa and guacamole and not to mention the outstanding margaritas! Which is the only reason for the three stars. Instead of going lower. Our service was okay. Nothing to write home about but also nothing to drop the review lower.

Walked in with my family, with maybe 3 other tables being tended to…if that. Waited for a couple of minutes and no one greeted us or sat us down, I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to sit ourselves. After a couple of more minutes, we see the gentlemen that makes the tortillas (I’m guessing that’s what he was doing) tell a young woman that we had been waiting to be seated. She looks over, shrugs her shoulder and kinda makes the “that’s not my job” face. We just walked out and went to another restaurant right across. Clearly they need more staff, or at least more attentive ones.
