We had a great server - Nick. He was attentive and timely. We had a good dinner and great time
Recently last minute decided to have lunch here.
Place was quiet, just a few couples having lunch.
We enjoyed the new version of the lettuce wraps, no more iceberg lettuce but replaced with baby romaine and all edible lettuce. The only item we did not enjoy was the Mongolian beef tips ..they were cut small and thin so they became very dry in the cooking process.. we mentioned to our server that they were almost inedible but he never offered to take back or exchange for something else! Just letting other diners know it was a waste of $$ and skip this one for another beef entree.
We will of course be back but will choose other options .. no more beef as chef let this go out of the kitchen !

Thursday night you would think they would not be as busy, which they weren't, waited for a booth for about 5 to 10 mins tops, then when sat down waited another 10 to 15 minutes for the waiter or waitress to show up, never did, couple next to us was waiting for the waiter or waitress to get the bill just as long. We walked out.

Very dissatisfied with everything except the lettuce wraps and hot tea. The egg drop soup tastes like old sink water with a foul smell, didn’t even eat it i sent it back. My entree which was the teriyaki chicken and fried rice tastes like it was freezer burned. The service wasn’t friendly, they look miserable.

Haven’t been here in a while, used to be pretty good. Tonight it was awful. Service was terrible, staff slow, bored and hard to find. Awful experience. And the menu is very limited now, and much more expensive than I remember. $25-$30 per plate for uninviting food. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else. I won’t be back.

Laurie was a great server but the food was not good. Crispy honey shrimp not crispy, mostly batter and didn’t have a good flavor. Crab wontons mostly breading and not a good taste. Shrimp lo mein was just okay. Specialty margarita was good though.

Ended up stopping in for a quick bite at 5:30 on Saturday night. Food was wonderful. No later night craziness- which can happen there.
We made a reservation in advance. Arrived on time. Yet they had no table available.
*2/5 stars*
I'm not sure where to start with my recent visit to P.F. Chang's. Overall, the experience was just... junk. The food was junk, the service was junk, but there was one huge glaring issue that left a bad taste in my mouth - literally.
This was my first time at P.F. Chang's so I was looking forward to the little treat at the end of the meal: the fortune cookie. It's a small thing, but it's a nice touch that adds a bit of whimsy to the dining experience.
So, when the server brought out the cookies, I was excited to see what words of wisdom awaited me. But, as I cracked open the cookie, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. There was no fortune inside.
I'm not kidding. I opened up the cookie, and it was just a hollow, crunchy shell. No slip of paper, no clever saying, no nothing. It was like they had forgotten the most important part of the fortune cookie experience.
Now, I know what you're thinking: "It's just a fortune cookie, what's the big deal?" But, for me, it's the principle of the thing. If you're going to serve fortune cookies, you should at least have the decency to include a fortune.
The rest of the meal was fine, I guess. The Kung Pao chicken was a bit overcooked, but the flavors were okay. The service was friendly, if a bit slow. But, the fortune cookie debacle left a sour taste in my mouth that I just can't shake.
So, if you're a fan of P.F. Chang's, I'd say stick with it. But, if you're looking for a restaurant that can deliver on the little things, like a decent fortune cookie, you might want to look elsewhere.

For the quality of food and the price - rather would support local Chinese food restaurants.
