We explored P. F. Chang's (Princeton) for lunch yesterday - New Year's Eve.

The location, the staff and the ambiance was great!!

We ordered the Chef's special for Lunch (vegetarian options) - Eggs Drop Soup (slightly salty), House Salad, Spring Rolls and for the entrée - Signature Lo Main and Mongolian Tofu (Brown rice).

The plating was excellent!

The service was prompt and friendly!

This place was great but pf changs has gone down hill. Mushrooms in everything it seems. And they changed up the crab wonton recipe so thats a miss there as well. Not blaming this site on its own but pf changs as a whole is not good anynore. Great service and atmosphere but the food although prepared right and cooked to the perfect temp, was disgusting. Never again.

Had an amazing experience. Laurie. Was our server, and the experience level was unbelievable. She was absolutely amazing, I would tell all my friends to come back and dine with her.
