I ordered an extra-large pizza and they sent me a small instead. When I called, they promised to send the correct order, but nothing ever came. This was really disappointing, worst of that i had guests waiting for it, completely ruined my evening Not only was the order wrong, but the customer service failed to make it right. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Don’t need to talk about the taste everyone knows it’s good. What I want to point out is the guy that made my pizza was really nice. Even though I gave the wrong order by accident, he spent his time to remake my order. I don’t know his name, but somewhat short skinny, dark skin guy.

The owner or landlord really needs to do something about the deep potholes in the parking lot. These potholes have been very bad for a long time and can be destructive to your customers cars, to say the least. Please have the courtesy toward your customers, who enjoy your pizza

They seem to save ingredients to make more profit -- it's either a merchandise or store issue. Domino's nearby is not only much cheaper but puts way more toppings than this store. Just go to Domino's to order your pizza in this area. It's much better.

Horrible customer service. Door dash driver dropped my order of wings and papa johns told me they would send me another order. I called 2hrs later for them to tell me that they never made the order and they do not have a driver, also wouldn’t reimburse me my money. Never ordering from here again

I met 2 people that were really nice, food is delicious, service is wonderful, the people that served me were Josh and Rachel.
We recently placed a party order from Papa John’s, and overall had a great experience. The order was delivered earlier than expected, which initially concerned us since the party hadn’t started yet. However, the delivery person was very cooperative and handed over the heating bag along with the pizzas to help keep them warm until the guests arrived. Really appreciated that gesture! Everything was fresh and tasty — great service and food!

Quick service, 3 associates working. I asked for their names. Lisa, Mike, and Josh were so friendly. Felt like a family environment. Breath of fresh air for sure. Parking lot needs some work, fix that and you have a perfect store!

This awful employee should be fired (30s, white, short light hair--just saying this so the wrong person isn't accused). Although we were polite, he was just about the nastiest service person we've ever met. He seemed resentful that we botheed him by placing an order at the counter. The pizza was adequate but due to the horrid, hostile service we would never go back. Visit was 6.4.25 for lunch.
