Wheelchair accessibility: Stark at best. The wooden ramp is slick with grease and cigarette butts from the staff. Missing hand rail on top of ramp, leaving a 2 foot drop to concrete.

Over the years, I have seen many people working here and mostly I had great experience in the past. But the current team of morons is absolutely the worst. I ordered something yesterday and specifically asked for what I want. Then, at check out, I asked 3 times if they did what I asked them to. they "nodded sideways"! Guess what, they did exactly opposite!
The worst part? they hung up on me 7 times when I tried to call them to reason with them. They left no choice for me than to call parent Papa Johns and file a complaint against them for their misbehavior and unprofessionalism.

Not at all professional. Cleanliness is just fine and the folks don’t wear gloves, mask or hair bands.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody even if you’re super hungry. Parking sucks here and the location is not convenient as well.
Food is not cooked properly and taste is not great as well, I love papa johns but I would never recommend this location.
Vegetarian options: A few but the server wouldn’t answer if you ask them any questions.
Dietary restrictions: Not sure as nobody answers anything.
Parking: Parking lot is challenging to understand, may fit 3-4 cars maximum.
Kid-friendliness: Not sure as the customer service isn’t that great and they wouldn’t suggest anything.

I really wish I didn't have to put any stars. Ordered for delivery . Received the wrong order . After being told the driver has change he comes and says he has no change at all . Forcing me to give almost double the amount . When I called no answer from the store they keep hanging up.
So if the manager sees this HI! ID LOVE MY MONEY BACK . nice stealing from a single mom .
