During my visit, I experience good customer service: employees are helpful and kind. On the day of my trip, there is no clear higher protein Vegan option though clear higher protein Vegetarian options on the menu. Yet, the establishment does have a higher protein Vegan option, just ask for the Vegan Chipotle burger, if it's not clear on the menu. The meal is tasty. The Vegan sandwich has subtle spicy flavoring and the dipping sauce is sweeter than savory. The fresh fruits and crispy chips are nice additions to make the meal more satisfying. Good brunch. The establishment has indoor as well as outdoor seating (indoor seating is a bit tighter than outdooor seating). An employee may bring your food to the outdoor seating area, though ask first. The outdoor seating is near a smaller body of water and amongst trees. Chill ambience. The establishment accepts different forms of payment.

Excellent little cafe that mostly serves the office park lunch crowd, as it's tucked away on the ground floor of the Mathematica building. Sandwiches, Burgers, Salads, and specialty entrees of the day. The salad bar, for a place of this size, is one of the best I've seen. It's obvious that the proprietors take a great deal of pride in the presentation and preparation of what they offer. Great food, great value. They had to close during the pandemic and I was so glad that they were able to re-open.
