After hearing how good this place was, I knew I had to try it and it definitely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere inside was relaxing and seating/wait time wasn't terrible at peak brunch hours on a Sunday. I ordered a combo of 3 custom pancakes with smores, cinnamon roll, and oreo flavors. They were excellent and well portioned. A must-try if you're in Princeton!
Took my two daughters for brunch, it was nice.
We had a stroller with us that we needed to leave at the entrace due to lack of space in the restaurant. But it was all good.
Food was pretty good, really large portions, we got a to go box snd brought home almost 4 pancakes

I had a great experience at PJ’s Pancake House in Princeton, NJ. I ordered the California Omelette with two buttermilk pancakes, and the portion was generous enough to share with my wife. The omelet was delicious, packed with fresh ingredients, and the pancakes were perfectly fluffy and flavorful.
What really sets this location apart from the others is the aesthetic and ambiance—it has that charming, old Princeton vibe that makes dining here feel special....
