The lobster bisque had great flavor but very loose in consistency. Bisque is supposed to be hearty and rich.

As soon as you walk in, it smells like old burnt fryer grease and musky kitchen without aeration. There’s two immigrant Mexican or something in the back not wearing gloves, dirty clothes, cooking chicken that was pre-cooked with nobody waiting in line there’s only four or five seats. I got the tiniest piece of chicken on my sandwich the taste it like it was from four hours ago completely rubber. The soup had almost no ingredients tasted like pure salt. All the vegetables were soft and melted. As soon as you put them in your mouth definitely not homemade fresh, don’t waste your time a soup and a sandwich cost $24. Completely waste of time I’m still hungry didn’t even barely get enough food small soup and sandwiches garbage unsanitary old food it’s a shame.

The manager was very nice. She came to our table and talked to my husband and I and how they want everyone to have a good experience. The soups I took home were great too and my husband liked the chicken grilled sandwich.

When my mother & I had walked inside, we were greeted 2 the most respectful people ever. They were very patient with us on what we decided 2 get 4 the day, my mother had gotten a bagel with a big fat stack of fish locks. She scarfed it down like a puppy dog going nuts over a treat. She had also got this lobster bisque which was a big banger. Big chunks of lobster meat and she was set. 4 myself, I had gotten a Bahn MI, very good 10/10. It was like a lightly toasted Italian bread with pork, cilantro and some fresh veggies on top of it. I had gotten a Hungary style mushroom soup and my god my belly had gotten fulled up so quick I was never thinking of seconds. It's a must go place if ur in the area. The atmosphere was so cozy with the orange aesthetics and pictures of the other place down town, very creative and amazing people. Prices are high but it's 100000% worth every cent 2 get ur bellies fill up.

Soup and Sandwich is probably the most perfect pairing to be created and I had the most delicious sandwich here the other day. Tiny shop with a few counter seats and lots and lots of amazing eats. On my last trip I had what could be the most incredible sandwich of my life. Go right now and get the Chilly Winter. It was on the specials board and caught my eye because it had all of my favorite things: chicken, tomato, spinach, pickled onions, roasted carrots (!!! what !!!!???) and the most delicious sauce or spread. On my way out I told the very friendly girl behind the counter how much I loved it and apparently it was her invention! Kudos to you. Please give us more of your sandwich creations. Tables are limited (at least in the cold weather months) so this is perfect for grab and go. Could not recommend any more! GET THE CHILLY WINTER.

I stopped by and got the lobster bisque and chicken salad sandwich before heading back to the library. My food came out in about ten minutes and the service was pretty okay. The sandwich was delicious though with thick cut bread and lots of crunch from the veggies in the chicken salad spread. The seafood in the lobster bisque was tasty though the soup fell on the thinner side. The price was a bit much (21 dollars in total for a half and half). I see myself coming back for days when I want something hearty and can't get to Panera.

Got the goat salad and fried chicken sandwich. Sandwich tasted ok but was overpriced. Salad was concerning to say the least. Lettuce was clearly very old, as seen by many clumps of black plant matter and lots of pieces in the process of wilting/rotting (see picture). Taste was underwhelming.

Recognizing East Coast pricing, and its proximity to a wealthy area of the country, this spot was far too expensive for the value. The sandwich was good, and the soup was also well executed, but at over $60 for two sandwiches, one soup, a drink, and a cookie, it seemed excessive for the value.I'd go back if someone else was interested in going or trying it for the first time, but while the food was indeed good, it wasn't remarkable enough that a month later I remember anything but the price tag.

This is the best soup place in Princeton, simple and tasty. Centrally located and has outside seating when good

Very displeased with the rotten salad I received. The soup here is expensive and honestly not worth the price tag. Waitstaff are also a bit rude. Unfortunate dining experience tonight to say the least.

This place is above all outrageously expensive. I paid $24 for a small soup and half sandwich. It is possible to eat here with dietary restrictions, but gluten free bread costs $4 more. I tried the lobster bisque and chicken salad sandwich, and was not disappointed by the flavors, but it was certainly not worth the price. Additionally, there is very limited seating.
