Thankfully food was great. Service was worst I've experienced in a very long time. Waitress never came back to check on us...never refilled my coffee. When I asked for more coffee when you get a chance, I wasn't acknowledged. I had to ask the woman in charge for our check and two boxes. She never came back with our check even. I won't be back.

We experienced the most rude waitress, I didn’t get her name but it was an older slim white woman. I don’t like to say this but it seemed as if she was annoyed that the only black couple in the diner was sat at her table. I asked her about something on the menu and she seemed irritated and asked me “did you read it on there”as if I should read instead of asking her to do her job. While she was talking to my husband I asked her another question and she hushed me and put her hand to me to shut me up. As I was listening to her tone change as she went to the other tables she was serving I soon realized that the woman didn’t really want us there. She was polite and pleasant to other people that looked like her and cold and rude to us. I’m not sure how the food was but I know the service sucked and the place wasn’t super clean. If you’re people of color and looking for a pleasant experience I would recommend you avoid this place all together.

Food was Terrible and cold, person I was with let the waitress know they’re diabetic and needed sugar free syrup with the pancakes and the waitress acknowledged that…but the pancakes came out with sugar free syrup and a heavy dusting of powdered sugar across the plate and pancakes and the waitress said they can just brush it off.

90% of the chairs in the side room rock significantly. The staff always struggles with our party of 12 even though we give them a one day advance notice. Nearly impossible to get your iced tea refilled...

I love New Jersey diners. Soooo much quality food for a decent price. This building is a little bit outdated but the service was immaculate. The waitress was friendly and the food was delivered quickly. I would absolutely recommend this place.
